J'ai passé un moment incroyable avec cette offre Klook ! Tout s'est déroulé sans accroc, de la prise en charge à l'hôtel au retour. Le personnel était super sympa et arrangeant tout au long de l'expérience. Notre programme a commencé à 9h, nous avons donc décidé de déjeuner sur place, et nous n'avons pas été déçus. La nourriture était superbe ! Le jungle coaster était vraiment amusant et à essayer absolument. La tyrolienne était parfaite pour ceux qui recherchent un peu plus d'aventure. Il y avait quelques activités d'obstacles avant d'atteindre le saut rapide final, ce qui a rendu le tout encore plus excitant. Il nous a fallu environ une heure pour tout terminer, de la tyrolienne à la dernière activité. Ils nous ont même donné de l'eau gratuite après, ce qui était une délicate attention. Hautement recommandé si vous cherchez une journée amusante et active !

Had an amazing time doing many of the different activities. The drive out there was relaxing and a great way to see the local scenery, especially many of the small farms. I highly recommend the gold package as it has a mix of everything, and make sure you have your phone on you as there's only one photo opportunity, and that's on the coaster. So, if you want to document your zipline experience, you'll need your phone with you.

It's recommended to choose a package that includes transfers. In the old city, using Bolt/Maxime costs THB 300-400 per trip. The driver arrived on time in the morning, but I hadn't received any contact information for them beforehand. We got in the car at 9 AM and arrived around 10:15 AM. When we got off, the driver reminded us that we needed to gather at 12:30 PM for the return trip to the city. For those who chose Package A, the time is sufficient; the 34 platforms can be completed in about 40-50 minutes. Out of the 34 platforms, only about 5 are ziplines, but they are enough to get a good experience. There were about 5 instructors and 8 people per group. The instructors kept urging us to go faster, but it felt more like a joke, so you don't have to pay much attention. The instructors' Mandarin was good, so communication was easy. Some fellow travelers gave tips, but it wasn't mandatory. It's recommended to use a phone lanyard for easy photo/video taking. For the complimentary meal, we chose the cafe. The cheesecake was delicious, but the other dessert was too sweet. The mango smoothie was terrible and not recommended. There's a waterfall next door where you can take photos. On the way back, we asked the driver to drop us off at X Center for our next activity.

It is your usual coaster ride and jungle kind of experience ride, however, the Thai staff that accompanied us throughout the zipline across the jungle made it so much fun. The staff are so helpful, funny and entertaining. No dull moments. They make sure that safety is the topmost priority

I personally make it a habit to confirm the shuttle bus details (pickup time and driver's license plate number) the night before departure and again half an hour before boarding on the day of the trip. I'm very grateful that Klook's online customer service has always helped me confirm the shuttle. Although one customer service agent wasn't very proactive, it didn't matter; after exiting the page, I just switched to another agent. Ultimately, my concerns about transportation were resolved. The Pongyang Zipline experience was fantastic. Besides the zipline, there were also interspersed mini-activities like walking across suspension bridges and rock climbing. After completing the activity today, I completely overcame my original fear of heights. I've become stronger and braver! Many thanks to the shuttle bus driver, the staff at the Pongyang Adventure Park Zipline counter in Chiang Mai, the patient and humorous team of coaches, and the hard-working restaurant staff who prepared our meals. They made our family trip today a very pleasant one (an activity that offered a sense of speed)! I will definitely recommend this Chiang Mai Pongyang Adventure Park Zipline experience to more of my friends and family!

Experience: Set B was great! The shuttle bus was punctual. The road gets a bit winding near the destination, but other sections are smooth. The zipline provides a small 350ml bottle of mineral water. Locker deposit is 100 baht, which is returned at the end. The coaches and staff can communicate simply and provide friendly service. The three facilities are in different locations; you can ask at the service desk as the signs are a bit unclear. If you bring your own phone, the coach can take photos for 100 baht per person. At the end, you can choose a snack: a drink under 80 baht and a slice of cake. The terrace has been renovated and is very nice. It's recommended to bring your own mosquito repellent and insect bite medicine.

The staff are nice and friendly, and can speak Chinese and English. The trainer provided good instructions. It was a good experience to play at PongYang Jungle Coaster and zipline. It's worth trying! 👍👍

It was so much fun! We enjoyed every single activity. It’s also hassle-free because they picked us up from our hotel and dropped us off there as well. The activity is from 11:30 AM and we arrived back at the hotel around 3:30 PM.

I wanted to inquire about the transfer vehicle details the day before the activity, but they weren't provided. However, after a short wait at the hotel entrance on the day of, a vehicle with the Flying Fox organization's logo arrived, making it easy to identify. The drive to the mountain took about an hour, so those prone to motion sickness should take medication beforehand. After completing the Flying Fox and roller coaster in Package A, there was just about 45 minutes left to enjoy coffee, cake, or lunch, which was perfectly timed. If you choose another package, it might be a bit too rushed. The Flying Fox was very interesting and truly thrilling, as it involved quite a few adventurous elements requiring courage. It was even raining lightly that day, adding to the excitement. The instructors were also very friendly and joked around.

It was a lot of fun, and the staff were very lively, but the schedule was quite tight. Playing one activity after another felt very rushed. By the end, it was fun but also very tiring, especially the swing, slide, and butterfly facilities. For these three, there were only two or three staff members present. After finishing one activity and moving to the next, there would be delays. If there were many people, while waiting in line, you could choose to play one of the other activities first, but without staff, you could only wait for them to come over before playing. We don't know if they add more staff during peak holiday times, but we encountered this situation on the day we went, which meant we had to rush through lunch. Other activities like the zipline, sky cycling, and high-speed jump all had coaches guiding us, and they were quite enjoyable.
