Before our reservation, we made numerous inquiries on Instagram, and the staff consistently provided detailed answers to our questions within a short time. There were 7 of us in total (3 women and 4 men). We later booked our outfits and two photographers through Klook, and a private van via Instagram, and the entire process was very smooth. We arrived at 9 AM that day, and the staff quickly greeted us. They helped us coordinate our outfit colors according to our requests. Changing and makeup took about an hour. We recommend communicating thoroughly with your makeup artist before the session to avoid any misunderstandings. Most of the staff in white shirts speak Mandarin, but the makeup artists generally only know basic English.

Chiang Mai really has the best tours. Our photographer and assistant/driver were so kind and gentle. I really enjoyed their professionalism and care. You get the photos FAST and they are QUALITY. Get there early to get a good color outfit and it's kind of fast. I honestly think they should have a combo/deals for driver, photographer + car and custom as most people need to do makeup and hair themselves. Advice for people booking this. Do BOOK! Drink a lot of water/bring water, have an umbrella and rent a car with A/C. Thailand is a different sort of heat than Jamaica and Mexico. I saw the comments and didn't believe the heat, wow! You are like a steamed Chinese bun in Thailand and I am Canadian who has a Jamaican background. Wear nice shoes, and make sure the stuff is tight! Take silly pictures too! And yes if you are Black you can come here (thank God), they have a lot of sizes (if you are a chunker like me). Masculine girls can wear the male clothes as I did.

I highly recommend this package tour. It's advisable to arrive half an hour earlier than your scheduled time to choose your outfits, as the staff can offer good advice then. Otherwise, the shop will be very crowded later. Before changing, remember to use the restroom. To find it, exit the shop, turn left, then turn left again. After changing, definitely add makeup and a hairstyle to complete your look. Oh, and ladies, you might want to bring your own lipstick. The stylist will apply it directly, unlike counter staff who use a lip brush. So, if you're particular, remember to bring your own. The stylist's techniques are very trendy, even keeping up with the latest blush application styles 🤣. Next, once you're all ready, it's time to rent a photographer and a car! I suggest choosing a sedan because the weather can be unbearably hot ><. Plus, renting a car yourself to go to attractions versus using the package deal, the package is much more cost-effective. My beautiful driver, Amanda, is excellent at providing emotional support and will strategize with my photographer, Jastin, to come up with many poses and shooting locations. Most importantly, she'll help carry your bags, which is crucial for solo travelers 👍. Photographer Jastin is super professional and also great at providing emotional support, with many creative shooting ideas. He's also someone who has a special fondness for flowers 😂, a super cute photographer. I received over 500, almost 600, digital photos within about 3-4 days. When choosing attractions, you can ask the driver and photographer for suggestions, or you can pick your own and let the driver plan the route. I recommend choosing some ancient temples you want to photograph. This way, you can select more distant and unique ancient temples without needing to rent a car to visit them later, killing two birds with one stone. Finally, a reminder: because there's an old address, remember to confirm the new address when you're heading there so you don't go to the wrong place. \(//∇//)\

I had a pleasant time taking photos around famous temples in chiang mai. The gate and three temples were recommended by the staffs. Some temples required a small entrance fee which is not included in the package. The Photographer was professional. He patiently taught us different poses. The driver was really helpful throughout the photoshoot as well. She followed us around and helped us with our bags. Overall, very pleasant experience.

This was a great experience. I was very happy I booked the add on services. The driver kept our bags safe and the photographer was a pro, the photos were beautiful and they were a lot! He would help us with the poses and angles. My mom got tired from posing towards the end lol! Having Tuktuk + driver and a photographer certaily made our lives easier, and the experience more memorable. Definitrly recommended!

I had a great time with this tour package. All of the staff members were friendly and nice. I booked a tuk-tuk and a photographer, and we had the freedom to choose where we wanted to go and take photos. The photographer was professional and great at helping us with poses. I even tipped him for his great work. We received all the photos in our email a few days later. It was definitely worth it!

The service was incredibly satisfying! We booked for 9 AM on a Sunday, and even though it was very busy, there were plenty of staff. The counter staff, changing room attendants, accessory stylists, makeup artists, and hairstylists were all diligently and efficiently serving every customer at their stations. After our hair and makeup were done, the driver and photographer were already waiting at the door. Every staff member was very friendly. They took nearly 700 photos for our family of four, and we received the photos early the next morning. During the photoshoot, the driver even got out to help us with our belongings and held an umbrella for us at noon to protect us from the heat. Even though she was afraid of pigeons, she still stayed with us to take photos while we fed them. The photographer taught us how to pose, and the photo results were excellent; we all loved them! We highly recommend renting clothes here for a photoshoot to capture memories when you visit Chiang Mai!

The best experience I’ve had in Chiangmai! Bon, my photographer, is very professional and took many satisfying photos of mine. He taught me how to pose and gave me a lot of confidence when posing. Definitely worth the money, a must-try experience in Chiang Mai.
