Hanoi Cooking classes

Today had the pleasure of attending a cooking class in Hanoi and it was truly an unforgettable experience! Visit wet market is fun! From the moment I arrived, the warm and inviting atmosphere set the tone for a wonderful day of culinary exploration. The instructor MR. SIMON was not only knowledgeable but also incredibly passionate about Vietnamese cuisine, sharing fascinating stories about the dishes and their cultural significance. what a memoriable experience here! I highly recommend this cooking class to anyone in Hanoi Find Simon !!! Egg coffee from him is very good 😘

We joined the Bánh mì cooking class, and it was exactly the kind of authentic experience we love to discover while traveling! Hazel, Jane, and the entire team were excellent — they were so welcoming, patient, and fun, making us feel truly happy and comfortable throughout the whole class. We highly recommend this class to anyone wanting to learn how to make traditional Vietnamese food. It was a wonderful and delicious way to dive into Vietnam’s incredible cuisine!

This spa was one of the higher end options in the old quarter of Hanoi with an extremely affordable price point. Booking on Klook let’s you save a bit compared to walking in or booking on the website. I did a 60 minute foot massage and they take you to a secluded room where you get to lie down with a warm eye mask for the duration of the massage. Even though it was only a foot massage, they also massage the neck and arms as well. If I have time I will definitely try their head spa as well!

Joined this cooking lesson by Chef Hung aka Pickle at the blue butterfly. He brought us to the market for ingredients picking and also introduced a lot of local street food to us. The cooking lesson is super fun. Chef is very attentive and shared a lot of tips and guidance to us. The staff in the restaurant are very friendly, too. We have now learned how to make various popular Vietnamese food. Can't wait to try to cook again at home. Our friends saw the photos of our cooking were all impressed.

We had a wonderful time making the 5 traditional Vietnamese dishes. the teacher chef was excellent and spoke perfect English. I highly recommend this cooking class. The dishes were simple to make. A great activity for families!

Better than expected and i understand why Ban chan is so popular here now, our Chef Maxie was very good and she spoke her English well so we could understand her instructions. It really worth the time and effort for the price we paid for, 2 full course meal and a nice egg coffee! will definitely come back!

Teacher Noe led us to the market to buy fruits and ingredients, then returned to the cooking school to teach us how to make 2 kinds of Vietnamese spring rolls, chicken pho, green papaya salad, and egg coffee. The activity lasted approximately 4.5 hours, then we enjoyed the food and fruit together.

A really fun and great experience to learn about Vietnam’s food culture! Found new friends during this class and we all enjoyed the dishes we made together. Thank you to Jesse and Hazel for sharing their knowledge and making this class memorable!
