Worth It Customer Service- They had communicate properly a day before on the meet up location and time Itinerary- itinerary was good, we visited all the location as listed, I do hope we had a bit more time at Hang Mua as the climb was a lot and there’s other scenic place to take pictures at below, they also send you back to your preferred location inside old quarter Guide- Guide spoke good english and he had tried to make sure everything is done in timely manner, driver also drive safely Lunch- Lunch could be better, its a buffet with a lot of choice Overall, if you only have 1 day to spend at ninh binh, i do suggest to take this tour

– Highly Recommended This Hoa Lu – Trang An – Mua Cave day tour is one of the best day trips from Hanoi. Hoa Lu Ancient Capital was a calm and informative stop. The temples are well preserved, and the historical background shared by the guide was clear and engaging without being too long. Trang An River Boat Ride is the highlight of the tour. The scenery is absolutely stunning—limestone karsts, caves, and peaceful rivers that feel straight out of a postcard. The boat ride was relaxing, clean, and well managed. Mua Cave is physically demanding, but completely worth it. The climb is steep, but the panoramic view at the top is breathtaking and easily one of the best viewpoints in Ninh Binh. The tour was well organized with smooth transportation, a decent lunch, and a knowledgeable guide. No wasted time and no tourist traps. If you only have one day in Ninh Binh, this tour is a must. Wear proper shoes, bring water, and be ready for an unforgettable experience.

Amazing place with scenic views. The trip is organised well but the guide can improve his English communication. The 2 hour long boat ride was spectacular and the trek to Mua cave has amazing views. Cycling can be done in Tam Coc.

Xin chiao! This is one of the best activities I've done. If you're an outdoorsy person, this is for you. You can do cycling, boat riding while exploring rivers, mountains and caves, and do some climbing up the hill conquering more than 500 steps going up. All in one day! 💚

We had an amazing time exploring the countryside of Hanoi! The whole tour was well-organized and gave us the perfect mix of history, nature, and local culture. From visiting Hoa Lu and the ancient Dinh King Temple, to biking around the beautiful scenery, everything was memorable. The buffet lunch was delicious, especially the famous Ninh Binh goat meat and the vegetarian options. Climbing Ngoa Long Mountain was a bit of a challenge, but the panoramic view at the top was absolutely worth it. The sampan boat ride in Trang An was also a highlight so peaceful and breathtaking. Our tour guide, Luca, made the experience even better. He was very approachable, always smiling, and extremely knowledgeable about the places we visited. We really appreciated how he went the extra mile to help us, even booking a Grab to the airport for me and my friend, which was very thoughtful. Overall, it was a fantastic experience. Highly recommend!

If your accommodation is located in the Old Quarter, complimentary pick-up service is provided. A few days before your trip, someone will contact you to confirm your address and departure time. On the day of the tour, your guide will meet you at the agreed-upon address, so there's no need to worry about getting lost! The itinerary seems to be adjusted based on the weather. Our first stop was Wolong Mountain, and we had the option to go cycling with the guide before lunch. We encountered an afternoon thunderstorm, which meant we needed umbrellas while boating in Chang'an. Fortunately, the weather cleared up later, and the entire trip was enjoyable. We would love to visit again if we have the chance.

Good experience. highly recommend to do both the hikes (go to left and right) and also climb to the dragon to take a picture. The bicylcle ride was also fun 😊

Since it was a holiday when we visited Ninh Binh, we arrived at the place around 1PM because of the traffic jam, had a travel time of 6hours instead of 2hrs. although its understandable, I suggest next time during holidays you guys must adjust the pickup and travel time earlier than schedule. Lunch has a variety of foods to choose from, different cuisines, a buffet-style. Itinerary is compressed since we had limited time already, though we still managed to go to best scenic views of the place. we got at our last itinerary at night 7pm on hoa lu, it was too dark already, must be one of the highlights of the tour. though I appreciate the tour guide and had still explained the history of Vietnam in full details. The bus we ride on is old and had small cockroaches. The ride is bumpy and shaky. still recommends Ninh Binh. very beautiful place.

Ninh Binh is a must. The view from Hang Múa was spectacular; you just need to push through until you reach the top. The guide was patient despite us being a few minutes late. And he's fluent in the history of the place, though some pronunciation needs improvement.
