Klook offers the best prices. If you want to experience the charm of the Northern Kyushu region, I recommend taking the JR. I bought a three-day JR pass and visited Kokura, Mojiko, and Kumamoto. I highly recommend Kokura Castle; although it's a reconstructed castle, it offers many interactive activities for visitors. You can also try on kimonos for free and take photos, or experience horseback archery—it's definitely worth a visit. If you get off at Kokura, you must try the chicken udon noodles at the standing noodle shop on the Kitakyushu Station platform, which has a long history; it's very affordable and delicious! Mojiko is a beautiful harbor with a European flair, perfect for exploring various historic buildings and taking photos. Curry is a famous local dish there. Kumamoto Castle, one of Japan's three great castles, has several centuries of history and is a reconstructed castle with significant historical value. The castle's main color is black, and its appearance resembles a samurai, giving it a majestic presence. I suggest taking the tram to Kumamoto Castle to experience the local culture and daily life.

Upon exiting customs after your flight, head to exits 6 and 7. Staff will be there to guide you, making the process very easy and straightforward. We also recommend the "Fukuoka Luggage Delivery Service (provided by DELIBAG)" at the adjacent counter. Simply drop off your luggage, and they'll conveniently deliver it to your hotel (for less than $2.50!). This allows you to free up your hands and go straight from the international terminal to Hakata Station to enjoy a full day of shopping!

The Kansai–Hiroshima Pass is definitely worth it. It includes the sightseeing bus that lets you hop on and off at Hiroshima's major attractions, which saved me both time and money while exploring the city. I do feel that one day isn't enough to fully experience Hiroshima, as there are many more places worth visiting. The pass also offers excellent value because it can be used on JR lines to travel to other destinations within its coverage

This pass offers great value and convenience. When arriving in Yanagawa, staff members explain where to catch the shuttle bus, and you can board the boat right after getting off. Visiting on a weekday means shorter lines. I originally thought one hour would be too long, but the elderly boat captain (he told us to call him 'captain') was very entertaining. He chatted with us the entire time, pointing out the buildings we passed. His English was quite good, and he even sang. Although we couldn't fully understand the lyrics, it had a nice flavor and sounded great. After getting off, we went to Rokki for the eel rice bowl, which comes with a complimentary ice cream included in the pass, and it tasted very good. Afterward, my trip to Dazaifu went smoothly as well, though I started a bit late. I asked two partner shops for the Umegae mochi included in the pass and was told they were sold out, so I bought one at another shop instead, and it tasted good.

The 7-day Sanyo-San'in Area Pass is an incredible value. I used the Sanyo Shinkansen and local limited express trains many times, always reserving designated seats. The total fare far exceeded the cost of the pass, so it is definitely worth purchasing for travelers!

It was a great alternative when you want to visit Japan and South Korea at the same. The room was tidy and had basic necessities. A convenience store was present however, it would be advisable to bring food since choices are limited.

Day 2: Roundtrip bus from Beppu to Yufuin ¥1,880; local bus ride around Beppu; Day 3: Bus from Beppu to Tenjin (¥3,250); local bus ride in Tenjin and Hakata (¥150/ride); RT bus from Tenjin to Tosu Outlet ( ¥1,540). To note: To activate on the day of 1st day of use and should be in front of the ticketing staff so they can print the ticket(bus ride from Tenjin to Beppu). Same with days 2 and 3 activate the day use in front of the ticket staff or bus driver, they check the date: Local rides in Beppu, Yufuin, Tenjin and Hakata no need for reservation just get a small ticket upon entering the bus. Bus rides for Rountrip Beppu- Tenjin and Tenjin to Tosu premium outlets needs reservation ( you can do it online or bus terminal ticket office)

i had to redeem it on the customer service. they were so helpful and made getting the tickets with no worries. they reserved the seats for me, and were very thoughtful whether we have luggage or not. they also explained what tickets to use
