Fukuoka Nishitetsu Sightseeing Pass: Round Trip Fukuoka - Dazaifu

Very easy and convenience to use. You collect the ticket at the airport and use it on the day you go. The one hour ride is fantastic , the scenery along the ride is beautiful. Highly recommended to use this ticket.

We experienced Nishitetsu, heading to Dazaifu first due to summer restrictions. Dazaifu was very lively, and Omotesando was great for browsing, even though it was under renovation and only a single board remained – it was a unique experience. Next, we went to Yanagawa; the limited express train was really convenient and comfortable. Unfortunately, the summer route in Yanagawa was just a single loop. We had hoped to explore the old streets and eat unagi (eel) rice, so it felt like we took the train specifically just to ride the boat. The boatman didn't speak English, and while we could tell he tried his best, we didn't understand any Japanese. The Yanagawa part was a bit... disappointing.

When ordering, the Taiwan version of the Klook webpage did not show a date selection field. As a result, I had originally planned to visit Fukuoka on September 24th, but the order was completed on July 31st, leading to a mix-up where I was prompted to review an order that was placed too early. Since the intended redemption date and the order completion date were more than 30 days apart, the order could not be canceled or refunded. After several communications with the customer service center, we reached an agreement: I would rebook the same product, and once the new order was completed, the previous incorrect order would be canceled and fully refunded. Although there were some complications, I'm glad the issue could be resolved, and I am very grateful for the customer service center's efforts. Another rail pass product still has a similar flaw, and I respectfully request that this be improved.

The ticket package is redeemed at Fukuoka Airport. If you plan to visit Yanagawa and Dazaifu, purchasing the package will save you a significant amount compared to buying individual tickets. It also includes a free shuttle bus from Yanagawa Station to the boat boarding area.

The package deal is very convenient, and picking up tickets at the airport is also easy. The plum cake is delicious.

This is an excellent package, allowing you to freely plan a day trip to Dazaifu and Yanagawa.

The included transportation services are very economical and useful for everyone. However, the Yanagawa service is closed for lunch and doesn't resume until 3:30 PM.

It's very convenient to use and the price is great. The Yanagawa river cruise was very pleasant, and the Umegae Mochi at Dazaifu was delicious. The only downside to this trip was the rain.

The arrangements were very convenient, making it the best choice for independent travel. The process for picking up the Umegae Mochi was smooth, and the Yanagawa river cruise experience was excellent. Highly recommended!
