We had an amazing day at Teine Ski Resort! Even though we were hit with a blizzard and couldn’t use the cable car, it was still such a fun and memorable experience for the three of us.
Our instructor was absolutely amazing — especially with our son Zach. He was patient, encouraging, and made Zach feel confident and excited the whole time. You could really tell he cared and knew exactly how to work with kids.
Despite the weather, we had a fantastic time and would 100% recommend this experience. Thank you for such a great day on the snow!

The tour operator was very punctual. Everything went smoothly from pick-up until drop-off. Once we reached Snowmobile Land all the staffs are ready to welcome the guests and preparation for the snowmobile ride was seamless. All gears are in good condition and clean. Vehicles are working properly. And the most amazing thing is the track itself, beautiful view, nice long track, a little bumpy but that made it fun. We can accelerate pretty quick on the flat long track. Our instructor seemed to understand that we can drive the snowmobile pretty well thus he separated us with the other slower driver and gave a new instructor just for us and he led us through the course. It was a wonderful experience for all of us. Definitely worth for the price we paid.

Led by a Chinese guide fluent in English, safely traveled by bus with people of various nationalities. They even kindly supported us with renting equipment. The guide was really friendly and provided a lot of useful information. We were lucky with the weather, and everyone on the bus kept their time commitments, so we returned to the city center early. Highly recommend!

Instructors: Ken is a good instructor, attentive, and takes those who are interested and confident up the slope. Not pushy. Yang instructor is highly recommended.
Location: Simple, not crowded, suitable for beginners.
Safety: The instructor emphasizes safety very well.

The quality of the ski wear and equipment is very good. It's convenient that they deliver to the hotel, and they contact you in advance the day before. I had to allow something in WhatsApp to receive messages, and I saw it late at night and missed the meeting time, but they still delivered it early the next morning. For returns, you can just leave it at the hotel, and they will pick it up. Considering the prices in Niseko, it doesn't seem that expensive since they provide helmets and goggles. I only brought my ski gloves with me.

First time skiing and you can already take the gondola up the mountain?
After meeting us, Coaches Krystal and Fred immediately taught us the basic knowledge and skills of skiing. Their explanations were on point and inspired our skiing cells 🤣. Under the coaches' assessment, we were approved to purchase gondola 🚡 tickets to go up the mountain for an experience. The two of them accompanied us throughout the whole process to share more practical experience. In the last practice session, we were even successful in turning all the way down the mountain!
I spent a very pleasant morning with Krystal and Fred. Unfortunately, I forgot to take a photo 📸 with them as a souvenir. I hope to have the opportunity to learn more advanced skiing techniques from them again 😄.
The only shortcoming was that I only received a notice from the school the day before that the planned beginner slope at the Hirafu ski resort was not open and that we would be changed to the Annupuri ski resort for the class. However, because the ski equipment had already been rented from a store next to the original ski resort, we had to wake up early to go and get the equipment, which was a bit frustrating 😮💨.

going to Bibai takes several transfers but relatively easy. you just need to plan your schedule carefully since train and resort closes early. experience is great. staff is wonderful. activities are fun. and their buffet is excellent!

This is a very worthwhile ski experience course, perfect for first-timers. The course is well-organized, and special thanks to the twin-tip ski instructor, Aria, for her careful and patient teaching, which made the whole learning and experience process very reassuring and brought this ski experience to a perfect end.
Safety is the most important thing in skiing, and this course includes all the necessary ski equipment, which is very friendly to beginners. You only need to prepare a warm face mask and thick socks yourself. The overall experience is very relaxed and burden-free, and it is worth recommending.
