Travelled as a family with 2 adult sons. There were about 16 members in our group and we rode a Toyota coaster which felt a little cramped. Our tour guide was William and he did very well speaking in Chinese and English. At Lake Kawaguchi you have to select if you want the cable car or ship ride. We got both tickets but there was no more time left for the boat ride. At Mt. Fuji 5th station and Owakudani it was very cold and windy. At Lake Ashi we opted for a picture at the torii which had a long queue, instead of hiking to the shrines. The Shuzenji Resort hotel dinner and breakfast was filling with a variety of delicious japanese food, we had a good night's sleep, especially after bathing at the onsen. Were not able to do "Matcha Mountain" but were taken to another park which was our favorite part of the tour because the view & atmosphere was very serene, a less touristy spot. At Enoshima we had a good lunch at our expense, William led us walking and then riding the train to Kamakura.

Our tour guide also served as the driver and was very responsible, ensuring everything was well-arranged. The tickets he purchased were for the first row, which was an excellent spot and great value for money. The hotel arranged in the middle of the trip was an old Japanese inn, providing a wonderful experience. The other two attractions were also fantastic; the hot springs would have been perfect if visited in winter. The itinerary design was very good. If I had to point out a flaw, it would be that the hotel we returned to after the Nebuta Festival was quite far. While the tourists weren't too tired, sleeping through the journey, the driver worked incredibly hard, driving for several hours late into the night. I suggest optimizing this part of the route.

Our Mt. Fuji day tour guide, Hou Jing, and our Kamakura day tour guide, Lin Yan, were fantastic; they shared historical insights while we enjoyed the scenery from the vehicle. Naturally, day tours tend to be a bit tightly scheduled, so a whirlwind tour is to be expected, but the guides were always willing to help take photos, and their photography skills were amazing! Highly recommended overall.

Thank you to our tour guide, Xiao Zhao, for his enthusiastic help in finding the location of the shop I wanted to buy from online. It turned out to be inside Oishi Park, and he even took me there personally! I have never stayed at a hot spring hotel of such poor quality; considering the rooms, meals, and facilities, with so many hot spring hotels nearby, the agent surely could have chosen another one!

This is my second time coming here! Present the qrcode which will then be exchanged for a physical ticket. This is a normal day pass, meaning you’d have to wait in line for rides. Prioriy line is separate and can be bought on their official website, app, or at the rides entrance.

Perhaps because we were with guide Seiga Kanazawa, whenever we got on and off the bus the sun would come out, or the rain would stop—she was truly a weather fairy 🌞. On the bus, she gave great explanations about Japanese history and shared many useful stories, including proper etiquette for the various locations. 😀 She took wonderful photos at every attraction, so I got some shots of a lifetime. I was quite disappointed that it was supposed to keep raining all week during our trip, but thanks to guide Seiga Kanazawa, we laughed a lot and had a wonderful time. Thank you. 😊

It was a thoroughly well organised tour. Our guide (Tim san, as seen in the 6th photo holding a pink panther ‘flag’) was extremely polite, helpful, and engaging. He recommended many dos and donts, which were cherry on the cake. Even the lady bus driver was sweet and professional. Overall, we had a great time, and would highly recommend booking this service.

We were picked up in front of our hotel around 07:00 in the morning. Our driver, Qi, was very kind and helpful. With the nice weather, we had a wonderful day. On the way back, we were dropped off right at our hotel. Thank you for the well-organized experience.
