This was a two-day, one-night small group tour in a 10-seater vehicle. Our guide and driver, Zhang Ting, was excellent. He flexibly adjusted the schedule and itinerary based on road conditions, explained the features of upcoming attractions along the way, and clearly reiterated which activities required an additional fee. He also took photos for the group members and was very friendly and enthusiastic. He interacted with everyone throughout the trip. Highly recommended! As for the accommodation, the pillows were too flat, and breakfast was simple and ordinary.

We had a great time! The driver was very thoughtful, and the time allotted was sufficient, so we didn't feel rushed. I would definitely recommend this to friends.

Review for: Double room

We highly recommend the two day Mt. Fuji, Hakone and Kamakura tour. We experienced a variety of different landscapes from the mountains to the coast. Highlights were Mt Fuji on a clear day during cherry blossom season plus the stay in a ryokan with onsen. Zhao was a very good guide. He is a clear communicator, looks after those he leads, he is friendly, timely and an excellent driver. Thank you Zhao.

Review for: Double room

We saw a lot. Very diligent, courteous and careful guide and driver, Zhao Yu who navigated a surprising number of narrow, mountain roads on this trip, particularly between the Hakone district and Izu. Overnight stay at Shuzenji onsen hotel in Izu and Mount Omuro were highlights. The only comment (not a criticism) is that the company's message sent to clients the night before should include a notice about the pick-up to reduce anxiety: "If the driver is held up in traffic and can't make it to the Marunouchi North Exit by 8:00am, don't panic and don't leave the immediate area to try and find the vehicle. The driver will find you."
