Good and interesting experience to drive around the lake in a mini EV. pick up from main station was easy. Guide was knowledgeable and stopped at a few scenic spots and helped to record videos and took photos . these were later sent to us via air drop at end of activity . Do note that the price for klook is significantly higher than the price offered direct by the tour operator. I managed to appeal for klook best price guarantee which klook honour and refunded the difference in klook cash voucher .

I booked 2D1N trip to Ginsen Onsen and Mouny Zao via Klook. travel with GogoDay and tour guide Tony Chiu. The driver and Tony are friendly and takes great care everyone. he tried his best to explain things and introduce the places in Chinese, Japanese and English. Also, he is so kind, prepared and provided some warm packs and Japanese sweets for us. Because our group have 50+ mixed with different countries travellers. thank you so much Tony. will strongly recommend this tour to friends and hope we can join your tour group next time!

The overall experience of this two-day, one-night trip was excellent. The tour guide's arrangements were very smooth, and their time management was superb, making the entire journey relaxed and stress-free. Along the way, they would introduce upcoming attractions and important notes in advance, which helped us understand the itinerary better and built anticipation. Our interactions throughout the trip were easy and natural, creating a great atmosphere. Overall, it was a very comfortable and pleasant experience, five-star rating!

We really enjoyed this two-day trip! It's rare to visit Tokyo and get to see all the surrounding areas in one go. A special thanks to our guide, Tim, who provided detailed explanations and thoughtfully drove us to various locations. He specifically chose restaurants with great value, making us feel right at home! He was also very attentive, taking photos for us and checking on our well-being. I especially loved visiting Mount Omuro; the scenery was vast and lush green! You truly have to experience it yourself to understand the feeling. I highly recommend it to everyone!!!

On July 12th, after departing from the 5th Station at 12:30 PM, my hiking companion experienced slow pace and chest discomfort. Fearing we wouldn't make it to the 8th Station (Shimo-Edoya) and might delay other group members, we signed a departure agreement after our Chinese guide, Meng, suggested it. We walked until 6:00 PM, finally reaching Byakugunso. We explained our physical condition to the lodge owner, stating we couldn't make it to Shimo-Edoya. The owner immediately arranged two empty beds for us to stay and eat, which felt incredibly warm and welcoming (at that time, the sky even displayed colorful clouds and a rainbow). At 2:00 AM, we joined a group led by a female guide from Wilderness Travelers and successfully reached the summit. After seeing the sunrise and taking photos at the crater, we descended to the 5th Station to meet our original group members. Then, at 11:30 AM, we set off for the hot spring excursion. It was then that we heard from other group members that Meng, our guide, had not led them to the summit. Only the two of us, the 'weakest' members, successfully reached the summit. We felt incredibly lucky, and all the effort was truly worth it!

what a beautiful experience! it was difficult going up and coming down but our tour guide, Koji, made everything smooth! Koji gave us some peace of mind throughout our entire journey. He taught how to properly step when going up the steep slopes and going up rocky areas. He always motivated us when we felt tired. Goooo team Koji! (he gave us that team name! lol). He was with us the entire way and never lost track of the group.

It was difficult to book the hut, so I joined a tour, and it was so worth it! Much more enjoyable than hiking with just a friend and me! It was our first time hiking, but we had plenty of rest breaks, so we all made it! Although we couldn't go to Jianfeng due to strong winds, it was still perfect! We successfully reached the summit! The guide was truly exceptional, a perfect trip!

I had a wonderful experience during a day hike with our guide. He was incredibly patient, knowledgeable, and always willing to help. His extensive knowledge of the local flora and fauna in Mt. Fuji made the tour both educational and engaging. His passion for nature and dedication to providing an excellent day hike truly stood out. Thank you for making my climb in Mt. We joined the Mount Fuji tour departing on January 7th, with services provided by local company JamJam. Our tour leader, Xiao Guo, was very attentive, taking care of every group member's needs and providing important hiking information. The weather suddenly deteriorated that day, and the tour leader professionally assessed the situation and adjusted the itinerary. The leader also thoroughly explained details such as why certain areas were restricted. The driver was also very friendly and offered luggage storage. However, when booking the tour, it would have been ideal if Klook had provided more updated information. For example, the departure time was 11:00 AM, not 8:00 AM. If the departure was at 11:00 AM, it would have allowed for hotel checkout or transfer arrangements.
