i needed a photographer when i travelled solo to see shibazakura festival, so i hired a photographer via klook and was assigned Taiki-san. I was actually late to my appointment because I took the wrong bus, and he kindly waited for me. He was polite and professional and managed to get the photos i wanted. Thank you!

This Tokyo & Mount Fuji wedding kimono photoshoot trip was absolutely worth it! Everything went smoothly, from the initial contact and itinerary planning to the actual shoot day. The staff were incredibly friendly and provided helpful reminders of what to prepare in advance, which put us at ease. The day's schedule was perfectly arranged, never feeling rushed, and all the shooting locations were beautiful. It truly felt like we were having our wedding photos taken in a Japanese drama. Mount Fuji and the cherry blossoms together in the shots were incredibly dreamy. Both the kimono and wedding dress were stunning, and the changing, makeup, and hair styling were all done with great care. The photographer was excellent at creating a lively atmosphere, guiding even those who aren't usually comfortable in front of the camera to pose naturally. What I loved most was how patient the photographer was. They helped with angles, poses, and even adjusting the dress, and constantly sought out the most beautiful backgrounds. The final photos and videos were incredibly high-quality, exactly as I had imagined! Overall, the service, value for money, equipment, and safety were all excellent. I highly recommend this experience to anyone looking to do a wedding or kimono photoshoot in Tokyo and Mount Fuji; it will truly create wonderful memories. ♡

The hotel just opened, so it's very new and clean, definitely worth staying at! Although it's not very big, it has everything you need in a compact space! Our family of four stayed in a room with four beds on two levels. The space wasn't huge, but it was clean and tidy. However, you can't stand upright when getting into the beds on the upper and lower levels, so sometimes you might accidentally bump your head. The bathtub is great for a soak. The staff were polite and very friendly. For breakfast, the main options were rice balls or hot dogs. Each serving came with two rice balls, which was too much for me to finish, so on the second day, I just asked for one to avoid waste. There were also many self-service food and drink options available, a very generous spread, and the breakfast area had a large screen showing a live view of Mount Fuji. Free parking is available, and if you're not driving, Fujisan Station is right next door! You can see Fuji-Q Highland amusement park from the room!

Shuhokaku Kogetsu is definitely one of the best hotels for viewing the inverted reflection of Mount Fuji on Lake Kawaguchiko. Even if the lake is too windy for a clear reflection, you can use the hotel's special small pond to capture the inverted Fuji. The hotel's service and food are also excellent. It's absolutely worth recommending!

this was our fave hotel and good thing they have free shuttle service from kawaguchiko station. the breakfast is delicious and sulit. near to lake kawaguchiko and few steps lang kita mo na si mt. fuji sa labas. our room has also a mt. fuji view which is so nice. 😍

The hotel has a Hawaiian feel, not a completely traditional Japanese luxury hotel. The teppanyaki dinner option was a pleasant surprise, though breakfast was a standard buffet. Be careful, as the yukata and yukapants do not have pockets, and there's a 1000 JPY fine if you lose your room card.

I stayed in a Japanese-style room for two nights with a view of Mt. Fuji and really enjoyed my stay. The room was comfortable, the hotel was quiet, and everything was well maintained. The breakfast and onsen were both nice, and the shuttle bus to and from Kawaguchiko Station was very convenient. Overall, a pleasant stay and a hotel I would recommend when visiting the Fuji area.

beautiful hotel with Mt. Fuji view! room was perfect for a family of 4. breakfast was good with a view. staff were friendly and accommodating. hotel had ebikes for rent which we availed on our firsy day. bed and toilet was great too! definitely recommended!👍👍👍

The hotel's location is excellent; you can see Mount Fuji from the window. It's near the Kawaguchiko scenic area, making it a relaxing place for a vacation. However, the room amenities only include a toothbrush and toothpaste, and there isn't even bottled water. I feel this aspect makes the value for money (CP ratio) low for the price.
