Very impressive. Can view the Mt Fuji directly with a lounge and Kawaguchiko. Service is on top as well so highly recommend.

The hotel's location is excellent; you can see Mount Fuji from the window. It's near the Kawaguchiko scenic area, making it a relaxing place for a vacation. However, the room amenities only include a toothbrush and toothpaste, and there isn't even bottled water. I feel this aspect makes the value for money (CP ratio) low for the price.

Cleanliness: Clean, comfortable, spacious rooms with a cozy layout. Service: Upon arriving at the hotel by car, staff greeted us at the entrance and assisted us all the way until we entered our room. The service was extremely attentive. Convenience of transportation: Excellent location, with a view of Mount Fuji from every room. The hot spring bath offers a fantastic view 👍

Transportation Convenience: There's a hotel shuttle bus to and from Lake Kawaguchiko, and the staff are very thoughtful in helping with luggage. Breakfast: You can choose between Japanese and Western breakfast, and you're free to go between buildings A and B. Service: There's self-service luggage storage on the first floor, so you don't need to communicate with staff, which is perfect for introverts and very convenient.

The hotel has a free parking lot, making it convenient for self-driving. The rooms are clean and fully equipped with amenities, and there is a large public bath on the top floor. The only drawback was that on the last day, when heading to breakfast, we found that the room door would not lock and could be opened with just a turn of the handle without needing a key card. This wasn't an issue before, so it was likely not set properly after housekeeping on the second day. Security definitely needs improvement.

The view of Mount Fuji was absolutely breathtaking! 🗻✨ The location was perfect, and the beautiful scenery made our stay even more special. Everything was clean and comfortable, and we truly enjoyed the peaceful atmosphere. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting the Mt. Fuji area. I would love to come back again! ❤️

Hotel is in a beautiful spot - 10 mins from fijikowaguchiko station. Staff welcoming, helpful and very friendly. do yourself a favour book the Fuji mountain view if you can - we were lucky enough to see mt Fuji from our balcony - truely beautiful. Hotel is dated but still works and looks ok. Facilities were very good within the hotel and their free shuttle bus is a great bonus as well. Overall a very very good hotel. Breakfast was also very good.

clean and spacious. love staying here. relaxing. with onsite onsen. infront of fuji q highland. bus stop is just in front of the hotel. good buffet lunch.
