this is well and TRUELY a must stay. if I were to recommend anything, it’s booking this hotel - the staff are unbelievably kind, the hotel is equipped with everything you need during a stay, and the location is PRIME - right next to Mt. Fuji station. We booked this hotel blind, and to say it exceeded our expectations is an understatement. There’s so much thought and attention to detail put into this hotel, artwork, pieces on history, textile information. Not to mention its brand new! We had direct mt Fuji views right from the hotel room and also from the rooftop deck!! My husband and I loved it to much we booked another night that same day. I honestly cant speak highly enough of this hotel. Thank you to the manager and the lovely staff at the hotel, it was truely a pleasure! You’ve made our stay worth forever remembering :)

Note that check out time is 10am!! checkin earlier so that you can enjoy the full experience during the stay. if you are lucky enough, you will get this spectacular view of mount fuji in room.

Very nice hotel. Easy self check in by scanning passport. Walking distance to the famous hoto restaurant, very delicious. The hotel room is equiped with every thing we need, shampoo, conditioner, hair dryer, toothbrush, sleeping gown etc. Free breakfast buffet with good selection of food. We enjoyed our stay. Hotel is clean. Hotel also provide free shuttle bus to various places. Can see fuji mountain from room at block B!

The room is very clean including dinner and breakfast package. striploin beef steak is highly recommended. The location is the best. we are lucky enough to enjoy the fuji view

beautiful hotel with Mt. Fuji view! room was perfect for a family of 4. breakfast was good with a view. staff were friendly and accommodating. hotel had ebikes for rent which we availed on our firsy day. bed and toilet was great too! definitely recommended!👍👍👍

This time, we stayed in a room with a view of Mount Fuji. The weather was excellent the morning after we checked in, and we could clearly see Mount Fuji from our window. The hotel's public facilities include hot springs, with both indoor and outdoor options. You can also see Mount Fuji from the hot springs when standing, which was a very special experience. There aren't many restaurants nearby, so I recommend choosing a package that includes breakfast. There's a bicycle rental shop nearby, making it convenient to cycle around Lake Kawaguchiko. Regarding transportation, it's a bit far from the express bus stop for Fuji-Q Highland. You might want to check if the hotel offers a shuttle service (I didn't use it this time, so I didn't look into it).

I stayed in a Japanese-style room for two nights with a view of Mt. Fuji and really enjoyed my stay. The room was comfortable, the hotel was quiet, and everything was well maintained. The breakfast and onsen were both nice, and the shuttle bus to and from Kawaguchiko Station was very convenient. Overall, a pleasant stay and a hotel I would recommend when visiting the Fuji area.

The hotel has a Hawaiian feel, not a completely traditional Japanese luxury hotel. The teppanyaki dinner option was a pleasant surprise, though breakfast was a standard buffet. Be careful, as the yukata and yukapants do not have pockets, and there's a 1000 JPY fine if you lose your room card.

This is a beautiful hotel. The room and facilities looked high-end. Delicious breakfast buffet with a beautiful view of Mt. Fuji. Excellent shuttle service. We also loved the free activities when we stayed here, like the Fujiyama observatory, and access to Fuji-Q highlands.
