I have stayed twice and would rate both visits very highly. They have free parking for your car (and you should arrive by car as the hotel is located on a mountain top which makes for great views (but for a hard walk with luggage if you want to come by train - you should arrange a pickup then). The onsen in the hotel is great and the breakfast is very good too. Highlight is the staff. They went above and beyond to offer vegetarian food for my wife even though we had not alerted them of the request ahead of time and when we left my car battery was drained and the staff even helped me jump start the car. the only thing that gives a slight downgrade is that the hotel overall is a bit older and as it is very large not all corners of it are always well maintained, painted, renovated.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Hotel Mt. Fuji made our stay so memorable! The property is peaceful, surrounded by nature, and offers the most breathtaking views. It rained hard the day we arrived, so I didn’t expect much, but the next morning the skies cleared and I was lucky enough to see Mt. Fuji right from the hotel — such a magical moment! On top of that, the staff went above and beyond helping us transfer our luggage from hotel to hotel and even arranged a taxi to the train station, making everything stress-free. Truly amazing service and an unforgettable stay!
