I needed a photographer when I traveled solo to see the Shibazakura festival, so I hired one through Klook and was assigned Taiki-san. I was actually late for my appointment because I took the wrong bus, and he kindly waited for me. He was polite and professional and managed to get the photos I wanted. Thank you!

There are 3 options to Chureito Pagoda (2 train stops, bus number 2, taxi). It's within walking distance to Fujiyoshida Retro Shopping Street (富士吉田 レトロ商店街).

This Tokyo & Mount Fuji wedding kimono photoshoot trip was absolutely worth it! From the initial contact and itinerary planning to the actual shooting day, everything went smoothly. The staff were incredibly friendly and would remind us in advance what we needed to prepare, which made us feel very at ease. The day's schedule was perfectly arranged, not too rushed, and all the shooting locations were beautiful. It truly felt like we were shooting a wedding in a Japanese drama. Mount Fuji and the cherry blossoms together in the frame were incredibly dreamy. Both the kimono and the wedding dress were stunning, and the changing, makeup, and hair styling were all done with great care. The photographer was excellent at creating a lively atmosphere, so even if you're not usually good at posing for photos, you'll be guided very naturally. What I liked most was the photographer's patience. They helped us pay attention to angles, poses, and the skirt, and constantly helped us find the most beautiful backgrounds. The final photos and videos were incredibly high-quality, exactly as I had imagined! Overall, the service, value for money, equipment, and safety were all excellent. I highly recommend this to anyone who wants to go to Tokyo and Mount Fuji for a wedding or kimono photoshoot trip; it will truly leave you with wonderful memories ♡

Because I was leaving Lake Kawaguchiko today, I was busy packing until very late the night before. I was tired and not feeling well, so I overslept the next day. I later realized that they had notified me that I could continue using the kimono rental service, but I saw it too late. Next time I come to Lake Kawaguchiko, I will definitely use it again!

After departing from the 5th Station at 12:30 PM on July 12th, due to my hiking companion's slow pace and chest discomfort, I was worried we wouldn't be able to reach the 8th Station - Shimo-Edo-ya, and might even delay other group members. So, after the Chinese guide, Meng, suggested it, I signed a departure agreement. We walked until 6 PM before arriving at Hakugunso. I explained to the lodge owner that our physical condition meant we couldn't make it to Shimo-Edo-ya. The owner immediately arranged two empty beds for us to stay and eat. It felt incredibly warm and welcoming (at that time, there were even colorful clouds and a rainbow in the sky!). At 2 AM, we joined a group led by a female guide from Wilderness Travelers and successfully reached the summit. We saw the sunrise (Goraiko), took photos at the crater, and then descended to the 5th Station to meet up with our original group members. Then, at 11:30 AM, we set off for the hot spring excursion. It was then that we heard from the group members that guide Meng had not led them to the summit. Only the two of us, the 'weaklings,' successfully reached the summit. We were truly so lucky. All the hard work was worth it!

The hut was difficult to book, so I joined a tour group, and it turned out to be so worthwhile! It was much more enjoyable than climbing with just myself and a friend! It was our first time climbing, but there were plenty of rest breaks, so we all made it through! Although we couldn't go to Jianfeng due to strong winds, it was still perfect! We successfully reached the summit! The guide was truly exceptional, making for a perfect trip!

I participated in the Mount Fuji tour departing on January 7th, with services provided by local company JamJam. Our tour leader, Xiao Guo, was very attentive, taking care of every group member's needs and providing important hiking information. The weather suddenly deteriorated that day, and the tour leader professionally assessed the situation and changed the itinerary. The tour leader also explained in detail why certain areas, like Yamaguchi, were not accessible. The driver was also very friendly and offered luggage storage. However, when booking the tour, it would have been better if Klook had provided more updated information. For example, the departure time was 11:00 AM, not 08:00 AM. If the departure was at 11:00 AM, it would have allowed for check-out or hotel transfer arrangements.

Good and interesting experience to drive around the lake in a mini EV. Pick up from the main station was easy. The guide was knowledgeable and stopped at a few scenic spots and helped to record videos and take photos. These were later sent to us via AirDrop at the end of the activity. Do note that the price on Klook is significantly higher than the price offered directly by the tour operator. I managed to appeal for Klook's best price guarantee, which Klook honored and refunded the difference in Klook cash voucher.
