i needed a photographer when i travelled solo to see shibazakura festival, so i hired a photographer via klook and was assigned Taiki-san. I was actually late to my appointment because I took the wrong bus, and he kindly waited for me. He was polite and professional and managed to get the photos i wanted. Thank you!

Staff are friendly, helpful to deal unexpected matters, and give pro advisory to meet the customer’s expectations. We are happy with their services and highly recommend to my family and friends. - Great location: just cross the road from Fujisan station to the shop. Got 3 options to Chureito Pagoda (train 2 stops , bus numer2, taxi ) . Walk distance to Fujiyoshida Retro Shopping Street 富士吉田 レトロ商店街.

This Tokyo & Mount Fuji wedding kimono photoshoot trip was absolutely worth it! Everything went smoothly, from the initial contact and itinerary planning to the actual shoot day. The staff were incredibly friendly and provided helpful reminders of what to prepare in advance, which put us at ease. The day's schedule was perfectly arranged, never feeling rushed, and all the shooting locations were beautiful. It truly felt like we were having our wedding photos taken in a Japanese drama. Mount Fuji and the cherry blossoms together in the shots were incredibly dreamy. Both the kimono and wedding dress were stunning, and the changing, makeup, and hair styling were all done with great care. The photographer was excellent at creating a lively atmosphere, guiding even those who aren't usually comfortable in front of the camera to pose naturally. What I loved most was how patient the photographer was. They helped with angles, poses, and even adjusting the dress, and constantly sought out the most beautiful backgrounds. The final photos and videos were incredibly high-quality, exactly as I had imagined! Overall, the service, value for money, equipment, and safety were all excellent. I highly recommend this experience to anyone looking to do a wedding or kimono photoshoot in Tokyo and Mount Fuji; it will truly create wonderful memories. ♡

Since I was leaving Lake Kawaguchiko today, I was busy packing until very late the night before. I was tired and not feeling well, so I overslept the next day. I later found out that they had notified me that I could continue using the kimono rental service, but I saw it too late. Next time I come to Lake Kawaguchiko, I will definitely use this service again!

Hiking difficulty: Three stars. If you don't regularly train your cardio endurance, this hike is not for you. Guide: The guide is professional; feel free to ask any questions. Scenery: The sunrise over Mount Fuji is truly beautiful.

We joined the Mount Fuji tour departing on January 7th, with services provided by local company JamJam. Our tour leader, Xiao Guo, was very attentive, taking care of every group member's needs and providing important hiking information. The weather suddenly deteriorated that day, and the tour leader professionally assessed the situation and adjusted the itinerary. The leader also thoroughly explained details such as why certain areas were restricted. The driver was also very friendly and offered luggage storage. However, when booking the tour, it would have been ideal if Klook had provided more updated information. For example, the departure time was 11:00 AM, not 8:00 AM. If the departure was at 11:00 AM, it would have allowed for hotel checkout or transfer arrangements.

Note that check out time is 10am!! checkin earlier so that you can enjoy the full experience during the stay. if you are lucky enough, you will get this spectacular view of mount fuji in room.

this is well and TRUELY a must stay. if I were to recommend anything, it’s booking this hotel - the staff are unbelievably kind, the hotel is equipped with everything you need during a stay, and the location is PRIME - right next to Mt. Fuji station. We booked this hotel blind, and to say it exceeded our expectations is an understatement. There’s so much thought and attention to detail put into this hotel, artwork, pieces on history, textile information. Not to mention its brand new! We had direct mt Fuji views right from the hotel room and also from the rooftop deck!! My husband and I loved it to much we booked another night that same day. I honestly cant speak highly enough of this hotel. Thank you to the manager and the lovely staff at the hotel, it was truely a pleasure! You’ve made our stay worth forever remembering :)

Napakagandang hotel. Madaling mag-self check-in sa pamamagitan ng pag-scan ng pasaporte. Malapit lang lakarin ang sikat na hoto restaurant, napakasarap. Ang silid ng hotel ay kumpleto sa lahat ng kailangan namin, shampoo, conditioner, hair dryer, toothbrush, sleeping gown, at iba pa. Libreng breakfast buffet na may masarap na pagpipilian ng pagkain. Nasiyahan kami sa aming pananatili. Malinis ang hotel. Nagbibigay din ang hotel ng libreng shuttle bus sa iba't ibang lugar. Makikita ang bundok Fuji mula sa aming silid sa block B!
