i needed a photographer when i travelled solo to see shibazakura festival, so i hired a photographer via klook and was assigned Taiki-san. I was actually late to my appointment because I took the wrong bus, and he kindly waited for me. He was polite and professional and managed to get the photos i wanted. Thank you!

Overall, it was a fantastic wedding photoshoot experience! From makeup and wedding dress selection to the entire shooting process, the staff were incredibly attentive. The photographers and videographers were also very patient, actively guiding our poses and expressions, which allowed us, who aren't usually good at taking photos, to relax and complete the shoot. Language communication in Chinese was absolutely no problem, and the process went very smoothly. We were also very satisfied with the final photos. The overall service and finished product exceeded our expectations, and we highly recommend them!

experiencia: Our experience with Akatsu at Nagasaki Park was great. He is very professional and takes incredible photos; the sneak peeks we saw on his camera were gorgeous. As a tip for future travelers: I suggest bringing some pose ideas or references saved on your phone. Akatsu is very accommodating and it will make the session flow perfectly. Totally recommended!

Great experience and a peace of mind. Everything was organized by Pure Studio. I travelled from Canada to get the photoshoot done in Asakusa and Fuji Mountain as background. The crew was very easy to communicate (in Mandarin) with. They sent me the raw photos on the same night to choose from. Love the efficiency! Will definitely recommend.

Very impressive. Can view the Mt Fuji directly with a lounge and Kawaguchiko. Service is on top as well so highly recommend.

The hotel's location is excellent; you can see Mount Fuji from the window. It's near the Kawaguchiko scenic area, making it a relaxing place for a vacation. However, the room amenities only include a toothbrush and toothpaste, and there isn't even bottled water. I feel this aspect makes the value for money (CP ratio) low for the price.

The hotel has a free parking lot, making it convenient for self-driving. The rooms are clean and fully equipped with amenities, and there is a large public bath on the top floor. The only drawback was that on the last day, when heading to breakfast, we found that the room door would not lock and could be opened with just a turn of the handle without needing a key card. This wasn't an issue before, so it was likely not set properly after housekeeping on the second day. Security definitely needs improvement.

Parking is free, and the rooms look exactly like the photos. Overall, it has the typical Toyoko Inn style. There's more than one parking lot; if you go out at night and come back to find no spaces next to the building, there's another parking lot a bit further up! It has two buildings, A and B. This time, I stayed in building B. For breakfast, one building offers Western style and the other offers Japanese style. You can go to either or choose whichever you prefer! Self-check-in starts at 3 PM, and check-out is also self-service.
