For the price, it was amazing ! Room was plenty big and had a great view. Front desk staff was amazing!! I forgot the guys name but he was so patient and helped me get my transportation in order!! I am forever grateful. Would definitely return

We really enjoyed our stay. The staff were welcoming, friendly, and always willing to help. The onsen was a great experience, and we also appreciated the other amenities the hotel offers. The only reason I’m giving 4 stars instead of 5 is because of the dinner. My son has food allergies, and although we paid around $40 for his dinner, the staff couldn’t confirm whether the dishes were safe for him to eat (except the salad) . As a result, he barely ate because we didn’t want to take any chances. Breakfast was a much better experience, and he was able to enjoy a full meal without worrying about his allergies. Overall, we had a wonderful stay .

Clean rooms but tiny. Dated bathrooms but you do have the onsen for bathing too. Not tattoo friendly but you can use it if you have tattoo coverups. Views of Mt Fuji are spectacular when dining in their restaurant or relaxing in the spa.

Great views of Mount Fuji (when she decides to appear) and really close to Fuji Q Highland, bus lines (both local and highway bus), restaurants and Lawsons store and easy access (bus or taxi) to Kawaguchiko Station. The breakfast and dinner buffets are repetitive (and there are much cheaper food options nearby for dinner) but the staff are super helpful, friendly and attentive. The onsen is a wonderful experience and there is a tonne of info around on appropriate etiquette. We stayed before and after our Fuji climb (if you’re doing it, nothing can prepare you for the descent, be warned) and we appreciated being close to Kawaguchiko Station and being able to leave our luggage at the hotel for our stay afterwards.

Fabulous location, easy walk to everywhere you might want to be. Close to train and bus lines. Plenty of food and drink options and excellent facilities at the hotel. Definitely book the private onsen if you can.
