This is my second time coming here! Present the qrcode which will then be exchanged for a physical ticket. This is a normal day pass, meaning you’d have to wait in line for rides. Prioriy line is separate and can be bought on their official website, app, or at the rides entrance.

This was my first guided tour, and it was wonderful! I sat in the front, learning about Japan's history, explanations, and even getting local tips. It was such a pleasant trip with guide Lim Yeon. We successfully saw Mt. Fuji on the first try! I'd love to travel with her again next time; she was so warm and lovely, like an older sister. Everyone, definitely book the front seats! You'll get lots of beautiful landscape photos and videos! I highly recommend the milk ice cream, green tea, Shine Muscat, and peach dango! See you next time! Thank you!

Our Mt. Fuji tour is seamless and fun, and our guide, Taiyo, is awesome at scheduling and directing our group. Our trip was scheduled on the same holiday on Japan on August 11 hence there are many people, so making the timetable very clear for us makes our trip more manageable. Had an awesome lunch too, which is optional but highly recommended for you to try! Specially the limited edition Sakura cola exclusively sold at Fuji area. 😋 We're blessed with clear skies during morning until noon time.

We had a wonderful experience with our driver, Joe during our trip to Lake Kawaguchi and the surrounding areas to see Mount Fuji. He was punctual, friendly, professional, and very helpful throughout the day. He drove safely and comfortably, took us to the best viewpoints, and was patient while we explored and took photos. His knowledge of the area also made the trip much easier and more enjoyable, especially as we wanted to see as much of Mount Fuji as possible. We truly appreciated his excellent service, warm attitude, and attention to our needs. He made our day trip smooth, relaxing, and memorable. My guide was Kousei, he's a fantastic person and a wonderful guide! If you're like me, who booked a tour in English without knowing much and being from Spain, don't be afraid! He is very understanding and attentive! 😊💞 I highly recommend him.

Very efficient, very smooth process from booking the trip until the end of the day. the itinerary was relaxing and easy. the driver gave us overview and instructions per stop. it gave us enough time per stop and I highly recommend this especially if you like self guided tours.

On my first trip to Tokyo in 10 years, I met the best guide ever, Yongmun Choi. Even during transfers between destinations, his extensive knowledge and humor made the traffic jams disappear as he provided fascinating and informative details about Japan's history and attractions, doubling the enjoyment of the trip. I was also touched by his thoughtful consideration at each site, as he personally guided us to photo spots and even took pictures for us. Serina is a wonderful person. I was so impressed with her from the get go, having to translate not only into one language but two!! at our first stop the team working on an event at the lake was very rude and Serina was able to find a new spot with swans for everyone to still enjoy there time. I knew mt Fuji wasn't promised to see do to weather but luck was very much on our side and several of the locations we got views.
