our tour guide, Ariel Lui, was very knowledge, patient, professional, and provided detailed information about out tour to Mount Fuji. Hence, we had a wonderful and memorable experienced with seamless and well timed movements between each destination. I definitely recommend this tour to anyone looking to have an amazing visit to Mount Fuji with an excellent tour guide.

It was a good tour where we did not feel rushed at each stop. I'd recommend bringing an umbrella, as there is a lot of time in the sun. Most stops are near convenience stores, so buying cold drinks is easy. If you are going to walk up the 398 stairs to the pagoda, you get "leg day" as a free bonus. Our tour guide Ariel was attentive, polite, kind, knowledgeable, funny, and pretty.

We had wonderful trip to Fuji! We were lucky and had beautiful sunny day, so we saw shy Fuji in all it's beauty. All points are worth to see. Our guide Yuri was very kind and professional, help us on every point, make photos of us.. The We highly recomend this tour, value for money is reasonable.

YURI is a great host and translator. Her English was on point. I spected less from the trip since most of the time tours are a bit rushed but this one was well organized and balanced. the schedule worked out perfect and made it back to the train station at the time scheduled.

We had so much fun! Our tour guide, Yuri, was very cool and kind. She explained everything well and also helped us take pictures. Highly recommended!! :) She is also easy to approach and friendly so no need to worry if you are an introvert!

We enjoy our Mt. Fuji tour and Yuri is incredibly amazing tour guide. Explaining Japan cultures, famous tourist spots, food and many more. Everything was organize, well Japanese were known to be organized, well mannered and kind. I really love this country. Thanks Yuri for this wonderful tour.

Yassss! Our tour guide (Yuri) was absolutely superb—friendly, professional, and incredibly helpful throughout the entire trip. Not to mention, she was so kawaii and beautiful! She explained everything clearly and shared many interesting insights about each destination, making the experience both enjoyable and informative. Her kindness, patience, and positive energy truly made the day even more special. She went above and beyond to ensure everyone was comfortable and having a great time. Thanks to her excellent guidance and warm personality, the whole trip was smooth, memorable, and stress-free. No regrets at all choosing this day trip—it exceeded all expectations and became one of the highlights of our Japan journey. Highly recommended!

The tour was very good. The only drawback was the guide Andy. He was such a lazy guide who did not get out of the bus. He only instructed us to go there and see by ourselves. He provided no historical information nor did he guided us to any spots; he just stayed in the bus. The journey was very comfortable. The bus and seats were good, and we had a wonderful visit to Mount Fuji and adjoining places.

Dana was an absolutely amazing tour guide. spoke fantastic English and was very informative and clear. we had such a fun and jam-packed day! we saw lots of sites and had plenty of time to get the photos we wanted. The driver was also fantastic and the coach was very comfortable. The day trip was very well organised and structured. Dana took the most beautiful photos of us too which was amazing! highly recommend this trip and was a 10/10 day. fab value for money too. thank you Dana!!

The driver, Fujiwara-san, was very accommodating and took the time to explain the itinerary. He arrived on time and he was responsive to our inputs on locations we wanted to skip since Mt. Fuji was not fully visible. He also acted as a guide when we arrived at Oshino Hakkai, giving us the backstory of the lakes. He always updates his location on where he parked in case we get lost. The ride was smooth and we truly enjoyed his hospitality.
