Mount Fuji & Gotemba Outlets Small Group Day Trip with Driver-Guide service & Optional hotel pickup

The day before departure, Mr. Kieki sent a WhatsApp message in advance to remind us of the meeting time and location! On the day of the tour, he was already waiting at the meeting point early in the morning! He greeted us very politely at the car. Along the way, he introduced various attractions! At each attraction, he clearly stated the meeting time and what we would be doing, which was very thoughtful! Unfortunately, it rained too heavily, and the mountains were covered in dark clouds, so we couldn't see Mount Fuji. The outlet mall was very large, and 3.5 hours wasn't quite enough, so it's best to go straight for what you want to buy! Popular brands had long lines, and paying took at least 15 minutes, but it was a great trip!

Mr. Yamada's service was excellent and very professional! He proactively helped us take photos 📷. When a passenger left a bag at the previous stop, Mr. Yamada went back during his free time to help find it! Then, two passengers didn't have umbrellas while shopping at the Outlet, and Mr. Yamada ran back and forth to bring them umbrellas, getting completely soaked himself, but still served us with a smile. After the tour, he even dropped us off at our hotel, saving us the walk back! It was a fantastic experience, and I would definitely want to participate again next time 👍

We really enjoyed our trip with Bruce! His van is very comfy and clean, I am a plus size and I feel very comfy. He was funny, friendly, and effortlessly switched between different languages throughout the tour! His humor and energy made the long ride much more enjoyable. Thanks for the very fun experience, Bruce! 👏🎉 A small reminder to fellow travelers: please be on time and observe van etiquette. A little consideration goes a long way in making the trip more enjoyable for everyone. 😊

A unique heavy rain experience, though with its flaws. We were so close to Mount Fuji at Lake Yamanaka but still couldn't see its true form, but that's life. Special thanks to our guide, Chris, for his steady driving and excellent arrangements. Highly recommended!

Today, our driver was Mr. Meng. He contacted us the night before to confirm the pickup time and was very polite. The itinerary was well-arranged, and he picked us up on time in the morning. We were also very happy to see 10% of Mount Fuji today. It was a wonderful day.

Exellent day with Satori. He isnot just a good driver but kind and accomodating. I wish though that we could have gone to more beautiful lakes.

I enjoyed the trip. I thought it would be better to spend less time at the lake and more time at the watch shop. Although the time at the outlet was tighter than expected, thanks to our guide, we had a safe and enjoyable trip.

The driver was very nice and spoke Chinese throughout the trip. After booking, they added me on WeChat, so there were no communication issues. The itinerary is perfect for those who want to shop, with Mount Fuji in the morning and the outlet mall in the afternoon. Lululemon had great deals.

Chris is very easy to get along with and great at conversation. He has detailed knowledge of the itinerary, carefully points out where the restrooms are, and recommends the best shops to visit first. He also goes above and beyond to help with return arrangements, ensuring the most comfortable experience for guests. I can only say that I am extremely satisfied with this trip and would definitely seek him out again on my next visit to Tokyo! (I received no compensation from the platform for this review!)

Though we haven't see Mt. Fuji, our trip is good because of our driver who happens to be very accommodating, he even got us a free water as a token because we did not see the Mt. Fuji that day.
