This tour was one of the highlights of our Japan trip. Our driver-guide was very polite, helpful, and made sure we were comfortable during the entire journey. The drive was smooth and the itinerary was easy to follow. Seeing Mount Fuji in person was an amazing experience, and shopping at Gotemba Premium Outlets was also enjoyable. Overall, it was a convenient and well-organized day trip.

We had a wonderful experience on the Mount Fuji and Gotemba Outlets day trip. The driver-guide was friendly, professional, and very accommodating throughout the tour. Everything was well organized and the schedule gave us enough time to enjoy the beautiful views of Mount Fuji and explore the outlet stores. It was a comfortable and enjoyable trip, and we would definitely recommend this tour to others visiting Japan.

The day before departure, Mr. Kieki sent a WhatsApp message in advance to remind us of the meeting time and location! On the day of the tour, he was already waiting at the meeting point early in the morning! He greeted us very politely at the car. Along the way, he introduced various attractions! At each attraction, he clearly stated the meeting time and what we would be doing, which was very thoughtful! Unfortunately, it rained too heavily, and the mountains were covered in dark clouds, so we couldn't see Mount Fuji. The outlet mall was very large, and 3.5 hours wasn't quite enough, so it's best to go straight for what you want to buy! Popular brands had long lines, and paying took at least 15 minutes, but it was a great trip!

Mr. Yamada's service was excellent and very professional! He proactively helped us take photos 📷. When a passenger left a bag at the previous stop, Mr. Yamada went back during his free time to help find it! Then, two passengers didn't have umbrellas while shopping at the Outlet, and Mr. Yamada ran back and forth to bring them umbrellas, getting completely soaked himself, but still served us with a smile. After the tour, he even dropped us off at our hotel, saving us the walk back! It was a fantastic experience, and I would definitely want to participate again next time 👍

The journey was good with nice view all the way. We have so much fun, beautiful Mount Fuji view ofcourse the lake too. The shopping experience at Gotemba was good, we bought what we plan to buy and enjoy. The guide is friendly amd for sure we will come again in future. Thank you so much.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Fuji was shy, but the day was still amazing! 🗻☔ Thank you very much, Kieki-san! 🙏 The weather was not on my side today. It rained, and Mount Fuji decided to hide behind the clouds the whole time 😆. But honestly, I still had a great time, and that is all thanks to Kieki-san. Since I was the only guest, it felt like a private tour with a friend. Kieki-san was friendly, cheerful and very knowledgeable. He shared interesting stories about each place and gave useful tips along the way. Even with the rain, he kept the mood fun and relaxed. A big bonus: he took all my photos! 📸 He knew the best angles and spots, so I came home with lots of beautiful pictures, even without Fuji in the background. As a solo traveller, this meant a lot to me. The misty views actually made the scenery feel calm and a bit magical. 🌫️✨

We really enjoyed our trip with Bruce! His van is very comfy and clean, I am a plus size and I feel very comfy. He was funny, friendly, and effortlessly switched between different languages throughout the tour! His humor and energy made the long ride much more enjoyable. Thanks for the very fun experience, Bruce! 👏🎉 A small reminder to fellow travelers: please be on time and observe van etiquette. A little consideration goes a long way in making the trip more enjoyable for everyone. 😊

Nice experience of the cooling weather and outlets mall. Driver Ran was nice to show us the photospots and even helped us to take photos. Although could not catch view of Mt Fuji and the rainy weather. It was enjoyable.
