This is my second time coming here! Present the qrcode which will then be exchanged for a physical ticket. This is a normal day pass, meaning you’d have to wait in line for rides. Prioriy line is separate and can be bought on their official website, app, or at the rides entrance.

Really appreciated the punctuality of the tour. Tour was scheduled to start at 8 and we departed at 8, as promised. Sia was very friendly and polite. We could not see the Mt. Fuji, unfortunately… due to the cloudy weather.

Even though Mt. Fuji didn’t show herself today because of the weather, we still had such an enjoyable and memorable trip. Our driver, Xiao Quan, was incredibly helpful from start to finish. He guided us to the best spots, gave clear directions on where to go, and pointed out must‑see places that made the day feel complete despite the clouds. We also loved his humor — his jokes kept the mood light and fun throughout the tour. And the rice snacks he shared with us at the end were so delicious, exactly what we needed after a long day of exploring. Xiao Quan’s kindness, attentiveness, and great energy truly made the experience worthwhile. We highly recommend this tour, and especially him, to anyone visiting the area.

We joined the Mt. Fuji one-day tour with Christy as our tour guide. Although the weather was cloudy and we unfortunately could not see Mt. Fuji clearly, we still had a very enjoyable experience overall. Christy was very friendly, helpful, and well-organized throughout the trip. She gave clear instructions, helped the group stay on schedule, and made the tour feel comfortable and smooth. The places we visited were still beautiful, especially the nature views, Oshino Hakkai area, and the scenic surroundings near Mt. Fuji. The food was also good, and the whole trip was pleasant for our family. We understand that the weather is beyond anyone’s control, and we really appreciate Christy’s effort to make the tour enjoyable despite the cloudy conditions. Best Guide Won Yang!!!!! Hakone & Mt. Fuji One-Day Tour Review 🗻 (feat. The Best Guide Ever) As the highlight of my Tokyo trip, I went on a Hakone & Mt. Fuji one-day tour. It was the most memorable day of this trip, and at the heart of it was our incredibly kind guide, Won Yang!!! From the early morning meeting point in Shinjuku, our guide greeted each person with a bright smile and took care of us. On the bus ride, they explained the history of Mt. Fuji and various sights and information about Hakone, so there was never a dull moment. It wasn't just about guiding us to places; they also thoughtfully provided detailed information in advance, like the best times to use the restroom and how long until the next activity, which made us feel very comfortable. The itinerary was packed, including a Hakone cruise and a hot spring village, making me wonder how it was possible to fit so much into one day. Yet, the guide's expertise ensured the schedule was well-distributed so we didn't feel tired. What was most impressive was their attitude towards people. They patiently waited for the elderly members of our group to match their walking pace and answered even small questions with a smile, never showing any sign of annoyance. On the way back, despite what must have been a tiring day, their bright voice and dedication to getting us back safely felt truly sincere. It made me realize how much meeting a good guide can transform the quality of a trip. If you're considering a Hakone & Mt. Fuji tour, I highly, highly recommend Guide Won Yang. It was a well executed and organized tour by Tommy. Fuji san hid behind the clouds but it was still an enjoyable day trip to the Japan countryside. That fresh and whole peach smoothie drink from one of farmer shops on the way to Chureito Pagoda was awesome.

Great experience! Laner Jin was an awesome tour guide, very knowledgable and helpful when we had questions! We got lucky with the weather today and Mt. Fuji showed herself to us a few times! She was playing hide and seek with the clouds but we were able to get a few pics with her. We also were able to pick up some souvenirs and even brought back some water straight from Mt. Fuji! The Gotemba Premium Outlets was a plus and we got to kill two birds with one stone with this day trip! Good stores and really good deals! Would definitely recommend if you want to sightsee and shop!

Choosing a private car made our trip so beautiful and unique, way better than going with a big tour group! The driver was perfectly on time, and the car was super comfy. We had a great time, though luck wasn't on our side with the weather—it was too cloudy to see Mount Fuji. We visited 6 stops with total flexibility; we could just tell the driver whenever we were done. He was very sweet and helpful, though his English was a bit limited. I wish there was more commentary about the sights, but it didn't ruin our enjoyment at all. At our last stop, we tried the giant Fuji apples, and they were incredibly delicious! I definitely recommend them and would love to experience another trip with them in the future. Thank you!
