i needed a photographer when i travelled solo to see shibazakura festival, so i hired a photographer via klook and was assigned Taiki-san. I was actually late to my appointment because I took the wrong bus, and he kindly waited for me. He was polite and professional and managed to get the photos i wanted. Thank you!

- Kimono Megu is a must visit and must try their pro services with variety of kimono. Staff are friendly, helpful to deal unexpected matters, and give pro advisory to meet the customer’s expectations. We are happy with their services and highly recommend to my family and friends. - Great location: just cross the road from Fujisan station to the shop. Got 3 options to Chureito Pagoda (train 2 stops , bus numer2, taxi ) . Walk distance to Fujiyoshida Retro Shopping Street 富士吉田 レトロ商店街.

This is my second time coming here! Present the qrcode which will then be exchanged for a physical ticket. This is a normal day pass, meaning you’d have to wait in line for rides. Prioriy line is separate and can be bought on their official website, app, or at the rides entrance.

Absolutely stunning tour. Out tour guide, Linda, was so sweet, knowledgeable, and made the tour even more fun. She even helped us with getting to the bullet train station afterwards, which she did not have to do. All the locations we went to was beautiful! Definitely recommend this tour. :D

Having a small group tour is better than the big one (bus). There's always communication with everyone. Our guide, Lee, is kind & drives carefully. Even though it was raining, the Mr Lee still stops at every place listed on the itinerary. He tries to explain history or bit & pieces of the places we've been. Overall, it was a good experience. Just a bit sad because we haven't seen Mt Fuji coz it was raining 😞

Best Guide Won Yang!!!!! Hakone & Mt. Fuji One-Day Tour Review 🗻 (feat. The Best Guide Ever) As the highlight of my Tokyo trip, I went on a Hakone & Mt. Fuji one-day tour. It was the most memorable day of this trip, and at the heart of it was our incredibly kind guide, Won Yang!!! From the early morning meeting point in Shinjuku, our guide greeted each person with a bright smile and took care of us. On the bus ride, they explained the history of Mt. Fuji and various sights and information about Hakone, so there was never a dull moment. It wasn't just about guiding us to places; they also thoughtfully provided detailed information in advance, like the best times to use the restroom and how long until the next activity, which made us feel very comfortable. The itinerary was packed, including a Hakone cruise and a hot spring village, making me wonder how it was possible to fit so much into one day. Yet, the guide's expertise ensured the schedule was well-distributed so we didn't feel tired. What was most impressive was their attitude towards people. They patiently waited for the elderly members of our group to match their walking pace and answered even small questions with a smile, never showing any sign of annoyance. On the way back, despite what must have been a tiring day, their bright voice and dedication to getting us back safely felt truly sincere. It made me realize how much meeting a good guide can transform the quality of a trip. If you're considering a Hakone & Mt. Fuji tour, I highly, highly recommend Guide Won Yang. The Mount Fuji day tour was perfectly smooth, and our driver-guide provided excellent commentary, covering everything from geological formations to local anecdotes in great detail.
