highly recommended!!!! we booked a tour bus before this but we were not satisfied and was always in a rush. so we booked this private tour instead. paying more for your own time is worth it. we were 4 in our group so we divided it.

he came on time, toured us around. he was sick though, non stop sneezing and runny nose but it didnt bother us. my only goal was to reach our destination safely. he was patient and polite too. i hope he speaks more english

Booked the private to charter to Mt Fuji and the tour guide was extremely helpful with helping customize our journey . Mr. Li Zheng was able to secure a strawberry picking experience for the my family. he took us to the best spots for photos and helped us time each arrival spot and departure. The ride was comfortable, and we did not feel rushed at all . If you want a more private experience, I highly recommend securing this charter service. This was truly a memorable experience.

We had an unforgettable experience on our private chartered trip to Mt. Fuji! We were a group of 6. Our driver, Rika, was incredibly accommodating and a proactive communicator, using a translation app to ensure everything went smoothly. She was wonderfully flexible, allowing us to adjust the itinerary to fit our needs. Even after adding three hours of overtime, Rika remained professional and attentive. We were exhausted by the end of the day, and we truly appreciated her dedication to getting us back to Shinjuku safely. Thank you, Rika, for your hard work and for making our trip so special!

Our trip coincided with a make-up holiday for Labor Thanksgiving Day in Japan. Although we left early and avoided traffic on the way there, the scheduled attractions were already crowded upon arrival. At the suggestion of our driver, Mr. Zhang, we shortened the first itinerary to avoid wasting time in line and arrived early for the second, more important itinerary, where we enjoyed sightseeing and taking pictures. The originally selected lunch location was full and would have required a one-hour wait, so we temporarily asked Mr. Zhang to recommend a suitable and well-reviewed restaurant, which we were quite satisfied with. For the third itinerary in the afternoon, Mr. Zhang reminded us that the return journey would be extremely congested due to the holiday break ending, so it was best to return early. Thanks to his safe driving and appropriate lane changes for acceleration on certain sections of the road, we finally returned to the hotel safely within just one hour of overtime. On that day, because the whole family included elderly members with mobility issues and a young child prone to crying, Mr. Zhang patiently assisted us and guided us along the shortest routes. We all felt the trip was worthwhile and are very grateful.

It was the best decision to book a private chartered. After booking, the agent send confirmation on the pick up time, pickup/drop off location, and our customised itenerary. Our driver (Yang Qi) was really friendly and patient with our requests. She provided recommendations on sightseeing and meals. Overall the experience was really great we really enjoyed our mount fuji day trip, highly recommend on getting this package when visit mount fuji.

Booked the trip quite a last minute, which was a night before (around 6pm local time) but the agent fast responded to the request and all were arranged accordingly. After confirming the time and details required, we set the pick up time in front of the hotel at 7.30am the next morning. The driver assigned did message me for another confirmation. On the travel day, the van (we booked for 9 seater van to accomodate 8 of us) came earlier and ready. The journey was smooth and our driver Yang Qi really accomodating to our needs. She even recommended Halal Food restaurant with prayer room and assist us on the best place for the Mount Fuji sightseeing. Overall, it is highly recommended to get this package and looking forward to our next trio to Japan again. Good job!

Getting a private car for Mt. Fuji is the best decoision I ever made. Comfort, own phase, customized itinerary name it and it's all worth it. Our driver is very assistive and polite. He even let us drop by Kawaguchi lake even it's not in our itinerary. Overall, if budget is not an issue best to avail a charttered car for this trip

To get a chartered car with a driver was the best decision I made to visit Mt. Fuji. There was a constant communication via What’s up to personalized our itinerary. I read a lot of reviews, watching youtube and instagram. All tours, train schedules starts at the the same time therefore all visitors will come at the same time. We were able to prevent this by requesting to start early. There’s hardly nobody in the parking lots, we did not experience being in line to get the photo spots we want. We are not being rushed, does not need to walk a lot, sitting comfortably in an airplane type seat van and the best of all.. we beat the Tokyo traffic. We were back in our Shinjuku hotel before 5 pm and able to take a nap on our way. BTW, our driver Pang able to make a side trip for us to take photos at famous Honcho St.I strongly recommend this company and tour especially for group of more than 3 people with different physical abilities.
