highly recommend! esp if you get James as a guide - he's so funny and relaxed. i learned a lot and felt very safe.
i feel like i got a good day trip out of this experience as a first-time Japan solo traveller who can't drive!! this is a great option for people in a similar boat.
i rated value short one star as i ended up going on a cloudier day, which was somewhat my fault (as shown in pics).
generally speaking it would've been fully worth my money if i saw fuji-san's peak! otherwise, the driving, destinations, educational aspects and photo ops were great!

My parents and I had the best day ever with this private small Mt Fuji group tour. We got to visit all 6 major popular places to see Mt Fuji. My favourite is Lake Yamanakako (Swan Lake). We were blessed with a sunny and almost clear sky day to see Mt Fuji from all viewpoints. Our tour guide / driver Lin has made our experience even better by going above and beyond to accommodate for our last minute requests and help us book the bus tickets to Mishima station.

We had a great day trip to Mt. Fuji with Klook! The pick-up from our hotel was punctual, and the journey to Mt. Fuji was quick and smooth. We were lucky to have clear weather that day, with the entire mountain visible in all its glory.
The itinerary was good overall, although we had to skip the clock shop area due to traffic congestion. A special mention goes to our driver, Mr. Tommy, who was an excellent navigator. He handled the traffic situation well and thoughtfully asked us to get off at a suitable spot while he waited for the traffic to clear so he could find parking. This helped us make better use of our time.
All in all, it was a good and enjoyable trip, and I would recommend it to others. Just a tip: do check the Mt. Fuji visibility forecast before booking, as the weather can make a big difference to your experience!

Kousei was a great tour guide - friendly, polite, patient and gave us good explanations of the different attractions in both English and Chinese. All attractions were beautiful but I wish we had more time to stop at each place. Lake Ashi cruise was the highlight of the trip. Be aware that the Ropeway tickets are not included and must be paid separately (2,000 yen each) - this wasn't made very clear in the itinerary or inclusions/exclusions.

Aoki is a great guide with proper prepared strucutre. Her communication with every single parcipant is above and beyond, very nice down to earth and amazing person. The tour went smooth and we got introduced to the history of Mount Fuji aswell all the look out points without any problem. I Would definitely recommend this package to anyone visiting Japan for the first time. Thank you Aoki!

What a great experience! We are a group of 3 going with around 6 other people in the same van. Our driver Han was very helpful and fun to chat with. Though he could barely speak English we still was able to chat with him just fine haha. Overall the journey was neatly packed and timed, I recommend everyone to go with a tour guide if you want to go to Fuji as the locations are so far apart from each other, it's nearly impossible to get to all of them in 1 day without a tour guide/driver! Thank you once again Han for the amazing experience ✨.

Our Mt. Fuji day tour through Klook was unforgettable! Olivia’s cute Kuromi keychain made her easy to spot among the other tour operators at the meeting point. She was sweet, spoke Chinese, Japanese, and English, and showed genuine care for every guest. She offered to take photos, clearly explained return times at each stop, and treated our driver with kindness and respect.
Her thoughtful itinerary adjustments paid off, and we were thrilled to see Mt. Fuji clearly with beautiful weather and just a few clouds!
Tip: Follow the meeting instructions on Klook and download WhatsApp beforehand to receive Olivia’s messages. We used an Airalo eSIM and appreciated being able to stay connected.
It was a long day, but absolutely worth it for the beautiful views and memories my fiancé and I will treasure. Thank you, Olivia, for making our Mt. Fuji experience so special!

I really appreciated all the local recommendations and useful tips, especially for avoiding tourist traps and discovering more authentic places. What made the experience even more special was that they continued sharing recommendations even after the tour, which was so thoughtful plus gave us a postcard as a souvenir. 💝He also shared some lovely photos and were always quick to respond to any questions. You can really tell he genuinely care about the guests and want them to have the best possible experience, even beyond the tour itself.
