The room is average. Bathroom smells very bad and I think the bottom of the bathroom is empty. The breakfast was pretty good. The area of the hotel itself located is too ghetto for me.

Over my whole trip across Japan in the two week time. This hotel was by far the best overall. They covered all the bases as far as having a good breakfast with lots of variety. The room was clean and comfortable and provided everything I required. It met and exceeded my expectations pretty much across the board, and the staff were very helpful plate and kind.
Checking in and checking out was easy as well as keeping back safe before check-in or after checkout. They take your bags into a secure area and issue you a number to return to retrieve your bags.
I would highly recommend to other travellers looking to explore the area and call this home base. It is also extremely convenient that this hotel is directly across the road from Fuji station (for your train and bus needs)

Breakfast at this hotel is not the best. Scrambled eggs on soy milk, susages and a bread not fresh!

Amazing breakfast, convenient walkable to Mt. fuji train and bus station. Quiet location with fantastic Fujisan view.

Breakfast was small but nice. Staff were very friendly. Our window wouldn’t close properly in our room but not a huge deal as it was warm.

My wife and I took the loft and let our two sons stay in the bed below. The bathroom was very quiet and the water was nice and hot. It was very convenient to the train station to the Pagoda and bus terminal back to Tokyo.

Clean room, Staff are very helpful . Breakfast was just enough and good.
Location very close to Mt Fuji Station within 5mins walk.
Would be great if hotel provide pickup or send off to Mt Fuji Station because in the day when we checkout it was raining and we have to push our luggage to Mr Fuji Station to catch the train to Tokyo. If the weather was good we don’t mind pulling the luggage to the train station.
However overall experience with the Hotel was good.

Breakfast was the best. Walking distance to the Fujisan station/mall. We did rent a car around but taking a transit or a bus is okay too but you have to olan ahead cause they dont come around often. They have coin landry, free car parking ang a shuttle to specific area. They dont have aircon but its spring so weather still a bit tolerable.
