Serina is a wonderful person. I was so impressed with her from the get go, having to translate not only into one language but two!! at our first stop the team working on an event at the lake was very rude and Serina was able to find a new spot with swans for everyone to still enjoy there time. I knew mt Fuji wasn't promised to see do to weather but luck was very much on our side and several of the locations we got views.

we loved this trip! We enjoyed so much the itinerary despite the hot weather because we did it in summer. The tour guide Ms. Serina is very helpful, accommodating, and is really fit for her job as tour guide as she guides as patiently, remind us always of the meeting time and place, gave us updates in our group chat so that no one will be left behind. For me, Ms. Serina deserves 10 stars.

We had a great day with Tommy! He was very friendly, helpful, and attentive throughout the trip. Everything was well arranged, and we felt very comfortable travelling with him. He was also very patient and always happy to help. As Tommy is also from Hong Kong, we felt especially at home and it was lovely to have a fellow Hong Konger looking after us during the trip. We had an amazing tour! We were incredibly lucky to visit on a day when Mount Fuji was fully visible from morning to evening a rare treat in July. Although the summer heat was intense, the transitions between destinations were seamless, with plenty of time at each stop to explore and take photos. Our tour guide, Sarena, truly made the experience special. She was warm, knowledgeable, and always explained each destination beforehand so we knew what to expect. She also went out of her way to help us capture beautiful photos and offered great assistance throughout the day. Highly recommended! If you’re visiting in July, be prepared for the heat bring an umbrella, a fan, a hat, and of course plenty of water.

‘Twa a great experience. Even though Fuji was a little shy today, a lot of the other attactions were lovely given the hot weather. Thanks toniur tour guide Eryl for keeping the group synched and informed.

Gwen was amazing , punctual and precise. From the get go she organized the meet up , allocated seats , shared a detailed itinerary and timelines. She ensured the group was engaged and everyone was accounted for thoughout the trip. Great guide and tremendous value for money. One amazing day spent in Japan witnessing Mt. Fuji . Our guide, Diffany, was awesome! She shared a lot of helpful information at each destination, which made the tour much more enjoyable. I really enjoyed having her as our guide throughout the trip. A+ all the way! I’m so glad I chose this one-day tour instead of trying to visit Mount Fuji on my own. The bus was very convenient and comfortable, making the whole experience relaxing and stress-free.

It was a well executed and organized tour by Tommy. Fuji san hid behind the clouds but it was still an enjoyable day trip to the Japan countryside. That fresh and whole peach smoothie drink from one of farmer shops on the way to Chureito Pagoda was awesome.
