Reviews summaryI'm used to traveling alone, but this time I wanted to try something different, so I booked a tour with Klook for the first time, and it was a fantastic experience! We met our incredibly kind guide, Coco, who was amazing at seamlessly switching between Chinese, Japanese, and Korean. You could tell she had a wealth of knowledge, and she took care of every group member with the warmth and attentiveness of a caring older sister. She also tried her best to get us more free time. 👍🏻 I had checked the visibility forecast beforehand, which said it would be cloudy in the morning and clear up in the afternoon, but we were lucky enough to see Mount Fuji with its 'little hat' even in the morning. 🥰 The overall itinerary was quite packed since we were visiting six sights in one day, so if you wanted to eat slowly, it might cut into some sightseeing or photo time. However, I'm a bit greedy and wanted to see as many places as possible at once (I'm a 'special forces' traveler even when I'm alone 🤣), so this arrangement was very cost-effective for me. I would definitely consider booking another tour if I have the chance! ❤️❤️
Had a great day to see Mt Fuji at different angles with beautiful sceneries once again. However this time round is with my family and it’s my dad’s first time visiting Japan, hence I really hope that my dad can catch a glimpse of Mt Fuji. It has been raining for the past few days, and we were so worried that we may not be able to see it. Our tour guide Hathaway is very informative, and shared the history and culture for the spots we have visited. As my dad has mobility issues and some spots like Oshino Kakkai needs to walk a long distance to travel to and fro to the carpark and we still need to settle our lunch at this spot, we are grateful that she waited for us to board the bus.
I had a wonderful experience on our day trip to Kawaguchiko, Oshino Hakkai and the surrounding areas, all thanks to our amazing tour guide, Sun San. She shared so much insightful knowledge about Japan — from its culture and traditions to the language and even interesting facts about the population. It made the journey not just scenic, but truly meaningful and enriching. Sun San was also incredibly patient and friendly throughout the trip. She took great care of everyone, answered all our questions with a smile, and made sure we were comfortable at every stop. Her warm personality made the whole experience feel relaxed and enjoyable. She must be our lucky star , we were blessed with a stunning, full, and crystal-clear view of Mount Fuji during our whole trip ! Thank you, Sun San, for making our trip so memorable. I would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a knowledgeable and caring guide!
Mandy was an amazing tour guide that provided us with an amazing experience that we will never forget. Mandy was very great with her communication, time management, explanations and friendliness. We went on a tour with Mandy and had the opportunity to see Mt. Fuji from every stop we made. We made many great memories and captured hundreds of beautiful photos thanks to Mandy and her expertise. I hope that we can tour with Mandy again one day and I'm very grateful that we booked this tour and will recommend to others.

I visited on May 29th and was hesitant to book because I was worried I wouldn't see Mount Fuji, but contrary to my concerns, I saw Mount Fuji, and the tranquil, rustic streets with beautiful flowers were all wonderful. In the morning, Mount Fuji was visible, but in the evening, with dark clouds and fog, I couldn't see it after Oishi Park. However, I still enjoyed exploring the shrines and eating my way through the quiet country roads, so time flew by, and it felt like it wasn't enough! The experience of feeding the swans and Ohashi-san also left a lasting impression. I was surprised that the guide was fluent in three languages and also very witty; I thought they were from Osaka! The guide made the explanations interesting and not boring, and they also shared insights into Japanese culture, which made the experience even more enjoyable. I was touched by how tirelessly the guide worked, even on the bus, and how they listened to and cared for each person's questions all the way to our destination. May Ohashi-san walk on a path of prosperity! The tour was extremely satisfying! >_<
I really enjoyed my Mt. Fuji tour, especially thanks to our outstanding guide, Ohashi. He explained each location in such a cheerful and engaging way, which made the whole trip lively and enjoyable. We visited six different spots and managed to capture many beautiful photos and memories along the way. Although Mt. Fuji was a little shy at our final stop, Hikawa Clock Shop, we were still fortunate to enjoy amazing views of the mountain throughout almost the entire trip.
We had a wonderful one-day trip to 富士山 with 金山Coco as our guide. We were lucky with the weather and enjoyed beautiful views throughout the day. Coco was very friendly and professional, and she took us to the best photo spots. She also kindly helped us take photos along the way 📸 Highly recommend her as a tour guide for anyone planning a day trip to Mount Fuji.
It was a very enjoyable and eventful trip. Mandy told us lots of things and explained everything in great detail. She was very friendly and engaging. There was enough time at each of the six stops to take photos and enjoy the view. Despite it being cherry blossom season and there being lots of people, it felt very relaxed.
⭐️ Eventhough we got unlucky with traffic (Obon Holiday & traffic accidents & thus traffic jams) our guide Sakuragi really made the most of our tour! He adjusted the time at the stops & gave us tipps on what areas to check put first in order not to waste any time! ⭐️ The spots were all great & i also enjoyed all the tidbits of information he gave us - made me feel very informed not only about our stops, but about japanese culture in general!

If you have special requests, please make a note, and we will do our best to arrange it, but the final decision will be made on-site. The vehicle model used will be arranged according to the number of participants; you cannot specify a model. If this limit is exceeded, additional charges will apply (ranging from 5,000 to 10,000 JPY per hour). The itinerary is for reference only. Actual traffic, stopovers, and sightseeing times may be adjusted due to weather, traffic jams, facility maintenance, and other circumstances. The guide may reasonably change or reduce attractions based on the actual situation. If cable cars, boats, or other facilities are suspended due to weather or force majeure, the itinerary will be changed to visit other attractions or the stopover time will be adjusted. Any accidents or additional expenses incurred after leaving the group must be borne by the individual.
Season and Scenery
The visibility of Mount Fuji is highly affected by weather, especially in summer when visibility is lower. It is recommended to check weather information before booking. Seasonal activities such as flower viewing, autumn foliage viewing, snow scenery, and fireworks festivals are all highly affected by climate. The blooming period and peak autumn foliage may be earlier or later. Even if the expected scenery is not met, the tour will still depart as scheduled, and no refunds will be given.
Other Notes
Please arrive at the meeting point on time. The tour will not wait for latecomers, and you cannot join midway. It is recommended to wear light clothing and shoes. For winter or mountain itineraries, please bring warm clothing.
* The tour does not include personal travel and accident insurance. It is recommended to purchase your own insurance. Outdoor activities and high-risk sports carry certain risks; travelers should register cautiously based on their health conditions.
* After the tour departs, if it is forced to be suspended due to natural disasters or force majeure, no refund will be given, and travelers will be responsible for their return journey or additional accommodation expenses.
* During Japanese public holidays and peak weekend travel, there are often severe traffic jams or attractions closing early. It is recommended not to book flights, Shinkansen, or dinner for that evening, and to bring light snacks and a power bank.
