We had a great day trip to Mt. Fuji with Klook! The pick-up from our hotel was punctual, and the journey to Mt. Fuji was quick and smooth. We were lucky to have clear weather that day, with the entire mountain visible in all its glory.
The itinerary was good overall, although we had to skip the clock shop area due to traffic congestion. A special mention goes to our driver, Mr. Tommy, who was an excellent navigator. He handled the traffic situation well and thoughtfully asked us to get off at a suitable spot while he waited for the traffic to clear so he could find parking. This helped us make better use of our time.
All in all, it was a good and enjoyable trip, and I would recommend it to others. Just a tip: do check the Mt. Fuji visibility forecast before booking, as the weather can make a big difference to your experience!

highly recommend! esp if you get James as a guide - he's so funny and relaxed. i learned a lot and felt very safe.
i feel like i got a good day trip out of this experience as a first-time Japan solo traveller who can't drive!! this is a great option for people in a similar boat.
i rated value short one star as i ended up going on a cloudier day, which was somewhat my fault (as shown in pics).
generally speaking it would've been fully worth my money if i saw fuji-san's peak! otherwise, the driving, destinations, educational aspects and photo ops were great!

I really appreciated all the local recommendations and useful tips, especially for avoiding tourist traps and discovering more authentic places. What made the experience even more special was that they continued sharing recommendations even after the tour, which was so thoughtful plus gave us a postcard as a souvenir. 💝He also shared some lovely photos and were always quick to respond to any questions. You can really tell he genuinely care about the guests and want them to have the best possible experience, even beyond the tour itself. We were a bit confused because the guide couldn't speak English well, but she put in the effort to translate using Google Translate, and we really appreciated it. We were very unlucky as it rained heavily yesterday with a typhoon, so we couldn't see Mount Fuji at all. But overall, we were very satisfied with the places we visited, especially the Mount Fuji 5th Station where it was so cold, and the best part was shopping at Gotemba Premium Outlets. Hope to visit again next time when we can finally see Mount Fuji!

This Mount Fuji day trip far exceeded expectations and is highly recommended! We were very lucky; it was a cloudless day, and we got a clear view of Mount Fuji with its snow-capped peak. The breathtaking feeling of seeing it in person is something photos simply cannot capture. The itinerary was well-paced, hitting popular spots like Lake Kawaguchiko, Oshino Hakkai, and the viral Lawson convenience store. There was plenty of time for sightseeing and photos at each location, so it didn't feel rushed or like a whistle-stop tour.
The tour guide was professional and attentive, with clear explanations in Mandarin. Along the way, they introduced the history of Mount Fuji and local customs, actively recommended great photo spots, and helped everyone take wonderful group photos. The bus was clean and comfortable, the driver was smooth, pickup times were punctual, and there were no unexpected shopping stops throughout the entire trip, making for a pure sightseeing experience.
Standing by the lake looking out at Mount Fuji, with the water reflecting the majestic mountain, the scenery looked just like a postcard. The spring water at Oshino Hakkai was crystal clear and the environment was serene. Visiting multiple classic Mount Fuji sights in a single day saves both time and hassle, sparing you the trouble of figuring out transportation and planning an itinerary yourself. The weather was perfect, the itinerary was perfect, and even the timing adjustment was spot on. We visited the last two courses first, and that adjustment felt like a stroke of genius! To be able to see Mount Fuji, which is said to be shy, without any regrets—from Mount Fuji with a few clouds to the majestic Mount Fuji with all the clouds cleared away—it was such a perfect itinerary. Thank you so, so much, Guide Yoon! You constantly looked out for us, always trying to give us more information, providing detailed explanations so we could move ahead, and even the photo spots were perfect! Thanks to you, we ate a lot of delicious food, saw many beautiful sights, and took many lovely pictures. It was wonderful that four women could explore Mount Fuji without getting tired. I'll never forget the scenery of the lake with the swans. And to the bus driver, thank you so much for the Shine Muscat grapes. I was incredibly touched at the end of the tour. Very good trip but schedule is a bit tight, smooth ride with very friendly and supportive tour guide. Meeting point location is a bit confusing with all the name of the places mixed up on the brochure. Best to scan the QR code for location and try to get there early.
