cleanliness: 10/10, even if you opt out of housekeeping, they’ll give you towels and pajamas at your door so you can change them service: great staff, we called to see if they will accept 11pm check in, was hard to understand at first but eventually got confirmation from them. they also received our luggages and made sure it’s inside our room na before checking in. hotel location: there’s a resto on the 1st floor, outlet mall, and several restaurants nearby. Lawson and Sushiro are also walking distance! mt fuji view din on a good day! transport access: not far from kawaguchiko station, and easy to get a taxi din.

The best hotel we've stayed in (out of 6 accomodations we've had during our Japan trip). Best place to stay for Mt. Fuji view, Accomodating staff (though we didn't get a welcome drink) The onsen and sauna and facilities are superb 😍
