All the spots we visited were gorgeous! Our tour guide, Xiao Weng, was also wonderful. He introduced the attractions, gave advice on what to buy and how to make the most of our time, and more. I was originally hesitating between this and another package that included Makkari Village to see Mount Yotei, but I didn't expect that I'd get to see Mount Yotei from the TOYA Observatory today anyway! It was stunning and gave me such a pleasant surprise 🫶🏻 Also, Cape Chikyu is truly worth visiting, though it seems less common in other tour packages. You can see from the videos how calm and gentle the color of the sea is 🫶🏻 Plus, there was actually a refrigerator on the bus! But I left my white pudding behind in the car 🤣 Good thing I was able to contact the staff immediately via WhatsApp. Their customer service was great and their response time was super fast. Highly recommended overall!

The pace of the itinerary was just right—neither too rushed nor too loose. The environment in Jozankei is beautiful, and soaking your feet in the hot spring water was so comfortable! Taking the cable car up to Showa-Shinzan to see the volcanic landscape was very unique, the brown bears at the Bear Ranch were adorable, and Guide Chen gave a very professional explanation. Highly recommended!

Really good tour to see a lot of sights of this part of Hokkaido in one day, while not being too rushed anywhere. Lisa was a great guide, she helped to point out the interesting attractions out the windows and where was the best places to go for photos. The driver was excellent as well, even slowing down to let us get a better look at some deer.

I took the trip with hide cai. I liked the pace and the sites were what I wanted to see. The tour guide spoke English well and was able to provide valuable information about the sites that we visited. The weather also cooperated today and we did not encounter any rain.

Our tour guide, Ella, was very professional in her explanations and helped us purchase tickets. Her time management was excellent, allowing us to visit sites efficiently. I give her five stars.
My main concern was that the mini-bus drove extremely fast. It was the fastest I've experienced in Japan (we didn't even take the highway on this trip). Combined with numerous potholes and hairpin turns, the vehicle often vibrated. On the return night drive, I was frequently worried about the speed affecting our safety. Perhaps the packed itinerary meant the driver had to rush.
As other reviews have mentioned, the bear farm isn't a necessary stop. Also, the Lake Toya fireworks were very small and lacked music. If you've seen other artistic fireworks displays in Japan, you might not need to include the Lake Toya fireworks on your viewing list.

An absolute, amazingly wonderful day tour! Today's itinerary was very well-organized and packed with great sights, and every single location was super gorgeous and fantastic! Mountain and water scenery, autumn leaves, and unique architecture 👍🏻 Visiting eight spots in a single day is truly ideal for me! Not a single second was wasted ❤️
Special thanks to our tour guide, Mei Fang, who took such attentive and caring care of everyone throughout the entire trip. Her explanations were clear and interesting, and she managed the schedule just right! I also want to give a special thank you to our driver, whose driving skills are fantastic. The ride was smooth all the way, putting safety first and making everyone feel completely at ease.
