Today's itinerary was smooth and enjoyable, offering great value for money. We got to take a boat and cable car in Hakone, and also visited Oshino Hakkai and Lake Yamanaka. The scenery was beautiful, and the breeze by the lake was very pleasant. It's worth mentioning that our tour guide, Yuan Yang, provided excellent service. He was fluent in Chinese, Korean, and Japanese, enthusiastic, and great at creating a lively atmosphere. His explanations and guided tours were very detailed, and he thoughtfully reminded us of important information. The itinerary was meticulously planned, and he even managed to secure the hard-to-get boat tickets that were an optional expense during the trip. Since I was traveling alone, he also helped me find good spots for photos. I highly recommend him. Today's driver, Mr. Nakamori (Japanese), was also very charming; he tried to speak with us in Chinese, and his driving was smooth and safe.

We spent a beautiful day in Hakone despite Mt. Fuji not being visible. We opted for a small group tour and was able to depart Tokyo early. We arrived at Hakone shrine before many other tour groups arrived and had a few peaceful moments to enjoy. We opted for first class tix on the pirate ship which allows you to skip the line and have a separate area to enjoy the bow of the ship and take some Titanic photos. We were onto the ropeway right after and off to Owakudani. There, we ate the famous black eggs, black ice cream and bought many souvenir items. Bring cash and don’t waste your time lining up for the ATM. Andy guided us through each and every step, and the day went by smoothly. If the possibility of seeing Mt. Fuji is low, Hakone is the better option than Kawaguchiko as there are other fun things to do.

We, a family of four, had a blast on this great tour to Hakone/ Mt Fuji and rest. It was a great day with lots to see and we were very lucky we had views at Mt Fuji almost the whole day through. Our guide Erik was funny, kind, patient, well spoken, very informative and was very clear about meetingpoints and times. He explained a lot on the way and made this day great! We would highly recommend this tour if you want to see quite some wonderful spots at that side of Tokyo and surroundings!!!

Such a wonderful experience. We covered so many spots in one day that would've been impossible by train or car. Mizki-san was the highlight: energetic, incredibly kind, and full of great stories that brought every place to life. She kept the pace perfect and made sure everyone felt included. Highly recommend this tour if you want to see more without the hassle.

I wish we could have done this tour over and over. Absolutely breathtaking views, our guide Mila was fun and energetic. I do wish we had more time at locations and the choice for restaurant could have been better, but all in all, fantastic experience!

Had such a great experience on the Mt. Fuji & Hakone tour! 🗻✨ Our tour guide, Laila, was incredibly kind, accommodating, and made the whole trip feel smooth and enjoyable. She explained everything clearly and kept the group well-organized while still making it fun. Special shoutout as well to our driver, who went the extra mile (literally!) and extended the drive a bit due to traffic just to make sure we still had a complete and comfortable experience. Overall, everything was well-coordinated and stress-free. Definitely a memorable day and highly recommended if you want to explore Mt. Fuji and Hakone without the hassle! 💯

I participated on October 17th. The weather was great, and we could see Mount Fuji clearly, which was amazing! 🗻✨ The guide was very kind, the explanations were easy to understand, and they carefully explained the best times to take pictures. The breeze on the Hakone Pirate Ship was pleasant, and the view of Mount Fuji from the lake was truly beautiful. I enjoyed the spectacular scenery on the Hakone Ropeway and also ate a black egg 🥚. Overall, the schedule was just right, and I was able to enjoy it without any worries. I am grateful for the guide's smile and attentiveness! I would love to use this service again☺️

Taking advantage of the last week of summer vacation, we traveled to Tokyo, Japan, and also booked a one-day Mount Fuji tour. This trip was successfully completed thanks to the hard work of our tour guide, Mr. Yuan Yang, and our driver. The weather was fantastic, and Mount Fuji was fully visible, which I heard is a sign of good luck. The Hakone pirate ship ride was very comfortable, and the wagyu beef set meal we ordered for lunch was delicious. The scenery at Lake Ashi was beautiful and a great spot for photos. Plus, my child was able to buy the crystal bracelet they wanted. This truly was a wonderful one-day trip.

So glad to join this Hakone tour. Eric was nice and a very recommendable tour guide. i just wish the first stop at the Hakone floating torii gate was longer coz the line for picture taking at the floating torii gate was longer and I almost didn’t take my picture there… the other places we went to was ok though… over all it was a memorable experience.. thanks Klook and Eric.
