Reviews summaryMt Fuji showed up in the first part of the tour and the weather was great. the tour itinerary was just right not too fast and not too slow. Kazi our tour guide was great, he gave clear instructions about the itinerary so Kazi for me is 10 stars
We had a super Mount Fuji tour made special by our lovely guide Andy Narita. Although the clouds were too low to see the top of Mt Fuji this did not distract from our enjoyment. Plenty of stops, all with restrooms, most with souvenir shops and all with iconic photo opportunities. Now all I need to AI to add back Mt Fuji!!
very great and wonderful one day tour. Serina was well knowledged and familiar with all the places. She communicated with the group well regarding the arrival time for each location and things to do at each spot. This has allowed us to leave all the go to places on time and move on to the next one. I would 100% recommend others to join this tour
Serina was such a great tour guide! She was so friendly and very helpful during the entire trip. Even though we didn’t get to see Mt. Fuji because of the unexpected weather, she made this experience fun! I highly recommend!
if you are wanting to visit Mount Fuji DEFINITELY book this tour instead of doing it yourself. Our tour guide Yuan was brilliant and taught us so much!!! We got to see all the key areas with transport in between- turned what would’ve been a stressful day into one that we will remeber forever!!! We were so lucky and the visibility was perfect- we booked the day before and checked the chance of Mount Fuji being visible (you can check on google for the few days ahead!!) and we saw it the entire day!! At each stop you get a certain amount of time to explore by yourself which was amazing!!!! 10000% recommend we will remeber this day forever!!
we had a great time joining the tour to Mount Fuji and tour guide Max is great to make sure we enjoy the tour . The itinerary is nice and weather is good, we managed to see the Mount Fuji clearly today
Our tour with Yuan was so amazing from start to finish! Yuan’s knowledge and history of Mt Fuji was very informative and interesting! We were lucky enough to have a clear and sunny view of My Fuji for the entire day! Yuan made sure that we had plenty of time at each stop to take photos and soak up the beauty! Yuan’s restaurant recommendation for lunch was so delicious and she was kind enough to take a couple of photos of us tysm! I highly recommend Yuan’s Mt Fuji tour! 🙌🏼👌🏼👏🏼🙏🏼🥰🤍🩵💙
Our tour guide [Serina] was outstanding—very resourceful and thoughtful throughout the trip. When we were at Owakudani (the black egg area) and about to be late, he quickly came up with a great solution by arranging for us to take the cable car, ensuring we didn’t miss the experience. He was extremely considerate of the group and always made sure we had extra time at each stop instead of rushing us. The whole tour felt smooth, well‑paced, and stress‑free thanks to his great planning and care for the guests. Truly excellent service—5 stars without a doubt! 🌟👏
We weren’t lucky to see Mt. Fuji but still able to enjoy and appreciate our trip. Zoe tried her best to make the trip still worth it by telling us what to see in areas that we went to and what to expect too. She gave her best in explaining everything in both English and Chinese for the convenience of each tourists included in the trip. We hope to come back to Japan next time and finally see Mt. Fuji. And we hope we can join her session again if that happens. Keep up the good work Zoe! 😊 - Louie and Yan Ling
we had our tour today with Serina and she was very good. we saw heaps of sites on a fairly fast paced tour with strict departure times so that we could see everything as planned., so don’t be late or you will get left behind! A lot of time in the bus, but without the bus we would not have been able to see everything in 1 day. Pirate ship was a nice surprise and we saw Mt Fuji with clear skies. I would 100% recommend this tour.
