When there's an event at Makuhari Messe, Apa Hotel is definitely the best choice. There's a 24-hour convenience store on the 1st and 2nd floors, a drugstore on the 3rd floor (it's convenient to know the operating hours in advance), and even a large public bath on the 4th floor. It was truly the best hotel.

we had a great time staying here. big rooms. nice interior. they have good food. also, Very near to the train station. We watch Kcon at Makura Messe just 12 mins away.

The location is excellent. The hotel entrance is right at the Binsa Masha station. It's only a 2-3 minute walk to the shopping mall and Costco. AEON is behind the hotel, and Costco is to the right rear, with another AEON to the right. Costco is open until 8 PM, and the mall is open until 9 PM, but there is a supermarket inside that is open until 11 PM, making shopping even more convenient. If you buy too much to carry, you can immediately take it back to the hotel. On a clear day, you can see Mount Fuji with its white peak. The downside is that there are no FamilyMart, 7-Eleven, or Lawson convenience stores nearby. The only dining options are the restaurants in the mall.

From the west exit of Chiba Station (you can also exit from the central gate and turn right), turn right and walk along a short skywalk for about a minute to arrive. The front desk is on the fourth floor, and the elevators are separate, which is very secure. The rooms are clean and comfortable, and the breakfast is quite substantial.

the room I booked was pretty small compared to the picture on the website. they clean the room everyday and change towels and pyjamas. i'll give 5 star to the staff for being friendly and accomodating.
