Chiba

Cleanliness: Everything was very clean and well-maintained. The room was more spacious than APA hotels in the city center and did not feel cramped. Having a public bath to soak in was very comfortable. Hotel location: There is a parking lot available for 1,500 yen per day, which is very convenient.

This is a new and very clean hotel. I arrived at 2:45 PM, and there were about 20 people waiting in the lobby. After the check-in process began, I was able to check in quickly without waiting in line. There was complimentary coffee, orange juice, three types of Umaibo snacks, and two types of Tirol chocolates, and they were well-stocked, which was nice. I requested a high-floor room and was assigned a room on the 13th floor with a nice view overlooking the park. The room was spacious and tastefully decorated, with a separate bath and toilet, giving it a premium feel. The large public bath on the 14th floor had a spacious layout, an open-air bath with chairs, and a sauna. The lounge area after bathing offered a great view, and there were about 7-8 types of ice cream, as well as tea and orange juice. I enjoyed the crispy chocolate and Garigari-kun soda-flavored ice cream. It was also nice to have ice cream available after my morning bath. I didn't encounter much crowding, so it was a very pleasant stay. Next time, I'd like to try the Hawaiian breakfast.

Location is great! Close to train station and lots of stores/eateries on property and around the area. Room was clean & spacious. Front desk staff was kind & helpful.

The hotel is a 3-minute walk from Kaihin-Makuhari Station, which offers airport buses to both Narita and Haneda airports. Both airports are a 40-minute ride away, and Tokyo Station is just 20 minutes by train, making transportation very convenient. Mitsui Outlet Park is right outside Kaihin-Makuhari Station. One stop by train is Makuhari-Hongo Station, where you'll find AEON Mall and Costco, making it very convenient for shopping.

From the west exit of Chiba Station (you can also exit from the central gate and turn right), turn right and walk along a short skywalk for about a minute to arrive. The front desk is on the fourth floor, and the elevators are separate, which is very secure. The rooms are clean and comfortable, and the breakfast is quite substantial.

This is a very good hotel with a convenient location right next to the outlet mall. It has a large public bath, complimentary ice cream bars and face masks, and excellent service. The washing machines are fully automatic wash-and-dry, which is very convenient.

Great trip, driver was very nice, the comunication was very good despite the language barrier.

ótimo passeio personalizado enquanto aproveitávamos o dia esperando por um voo à noite. O Jack nos buscou em Chiba, seguiu nosso itinerário e nos deixou em Haneda. Recomendo 100%.
