Overall: My family and I had a very comfortable and enjoyable stay. Pros: * Comfortable room and surroundings * Beautiful lake view of room view * Highly recommend going outside to watch the fireworks — it’s an amazing experience! * Very friendly and helpful staff, also they were very helpful with parking * Plenty of choices at the buffet, although the taste was just average * Excellent hot spring facilities * Convenient gift shop on the ground floor, great for picking up souvenirs! Cons: * Klook had a typo in my name, which delayed check-in, but the hotel staff were very helpful in resolving the issue * Quite a lot of insects in the outdoor hot spring water * Relatively expensive * Very crowded with tourists, and some guests were not very considerate or well-mannered at the buffet

Fantastic lakeside resort! Spacious room, stunning lake views, and a front-row seat to the nightly fireworks. The included breakfast and dinner buffets were absolutely delicious with plenty of variety. Everything was seamless from start to finish - highly recommended!

This was a wonderful experience, complete with a complimentary dinner and breakfast buffet. Furthermore, the onsen with an open rooftop overlooking Lake Toya is magnificent. The fireworks in the evening were also very splendid. I highly recommend it. Thanks.

Every dollar well spent! The experience from stepping into the resort to check out is nothing but great. The staff are very friendly and assisted on the auto check-in kiosk. The buffet spread was awesome. What I love most is the room with an unblocked view of Lake Toya. Next is the onsen with the serene view that truly calm and relax yourself.

Hotel staff were all very friendly and attentive. The lobby was very luxurious and you will have a welcome drink and snack while you wait for check in. If you are not staying in the suite, you have to park your car at another carpark, but 24/7 shuttle access will be provided. Buffet dinner and breakfast were great. However, the room is very stuffy, aircon isn’t very strong. Overall still a good stay for the fireworks.
