ski-in & ski-out resort is good for kids. hotel provides free drinks in the lounge especially the hot chocolate is good after skiing. breakfast is yummy. many restaurants to choose from. changing of bed sheet and pillow case was based on request, otherwise they would not change for us even we sleep for 4 nights.

Room is well-maintained but dated. Hotel is located in a beautiful region of Tomamu and offers convenient free shuttle bus services to the different facilities. I just hoped the hotelconvenience store can be better stocked... having a 7Eleven/Lawson will be nice. More restaurants would be nice too... wait time for dinner at their small restaurants could be more than an hour. Regarding room service, I find it strange that they didn't make 1 out of the 3 beds in my room on day 2, only 2 beds were made. weird.... overall still a pleasant stay.

Had a good stay overall and the hotel got so much to do, located inside of the forest and full of serinity. The room size is large and had all amenitie. Bathroom had been renovated, but the room itself is a bit dated. Breakfast at the forest resturant was good with lots of varieties, service and staff were good and friendly. However it could have been more memorable if the concerige staff at entrance could help us 2 girls to load the luggages in the car after check-out.
