This was such an amazing experience ! The best I’ve had since arriving in Japan! Yuki is very nice and welcoming, and she has the cutest cat ever 🥹. We talked a lot and I got to know her - I had a lot of fun making the Wagashi Sweets with her (she’s the best sensei you’ll find). She spoke English pretty well and we didn’t have any trouble understanding each other ! Mine didn’t turn out that great but I was so happy with them and they tasted amazing ! I don’t usually write comments on Klook but if I could I’d rate her a 11/10. I’m really thankful to her for welcoming me into her home (even when I was late) and taking the time to teach me and learn to know me better. I’ll for sure be back !

We had a truly wonderful experience. The guide was very enthusiastic and happily taught us how to ski, let us experience different runs, and was very professional in ski instruction, ensuring the safety of the players. This is a truly professional tour in all aspects of organization, from reception, guidance on choosing boots and skis, transportation, and ski lessons. This tour is well worth experiencing. We are very satisfied.

My colleague warned me that you definitely need to hire an instructor for your first time skiing, and I originally thought it was too expensive, but I'm glad I did. Skiing is really not something you can learn just by watching YouTube tutorials. The package I signed up for included all equipment except gloves and a helmet. I recommend renting a helmet, it's only 1500 yen. I think it's really convenient to sign up for this Klook tour. The organizer is a ski equipment rental shop, and they drive you to the ski resort in an SUV and guide you to put on your equipment. The main thing is that the ski instruction is very detailed. The instructor uses multiple languages to explain each movement to you one-on-one and helps you get on track. After practicing in the beginner area, the instructor will assess whether you can ski down from the top. I signed up for the twin-tip ski tour, which has fewer people. There are a lot of snowboarders. The advantage of having fewer people is that the instructor can be there to block you in time in case of danger, and ski down the mountain with you. Although I went on the beginner green line at Sapporo Kokusai Ski Resort, some parts of it were still very steep. If you can't make an S-turn, you'll just go straight down like a roller coaster, which is scary. I skied for 45 minutes while falling and learning. I think the experience is great, and I would highly recommend signing up for this tour, regardless of whether you want to develop skiing as a hobby in the future.

It's quite convenient. This time we stayed at the Tokyu REI Hotel, and every morning at 8:15, a bus would come to pick us up at the hotel. While waiting inside the hotel entrance, a staff member would come in holding a sign and call out names. Just show the QR code to confirm the name and number of people, and you can get on the bus. The bus drives to a bus stop very close to the ski resort entrance, first going to Olympia and then Highlands. In the afternoon, it departs from Highlands at 4:00 PM and arrives at Olympia at 4:10 PM. The staff on the bus will introduce the bus number, so it's best to remember it to avoid getting on the wrong bus. When you arrive at Olympia, go to the ticket window and show the QR code along with the full name of the person who made the reservation, and you can get your ski pass.

Excellent package for family. The place was amazing. The kids enjoyed the snow park. We have purcahsed the gold unit in which includes the meal and snow mobile tour, food buffet was very good and well prepared, the snow mobile tour a excellent experienced with amazing mountain view along the tour and the tour guide was so kind. I definitely will reccommend this package.

Booked a 6-hour (including 1-hour lunch) snowboarding lesson on Klook, and had Joanne as our instructor on the day, which was a fantastic experience! We took the class at the Kitano Mine ski resort, and the instructor was very patient, carefully pointing out the areas where we needed to pay attention to and improve our movements. She also gave us appropriate rest time when she saw that we were tired and took many beautiful photos for us! I would definitely recommend booking these courses and Joanne as your instructor to all skiing enthusiasts who are interested in skiing or want to improve their movements!
