We had a truly wonderful experience. The guide was very enthusiastic and happily taught us how to ski, let us experience different runs, and was very professional in ski instruction, ensuring the safety of the players. This is a truly professional tour in all aspects of organization, from reception, guidance on choosing boots and skis, transportation, and ski lessons. This tour is well worth experiencing. We are very satisfied.

The coach is very friendly and patient. She carefully observes how we snowboard and gives each of us advice on how to improve, even with five people in the group. She also pays extra attention to those who learn at a slower pace to ensure we don’t get injured.

Easy to find location for pick up. Only transportation, but when you get to the resort, it’s easy to get the equipment for snowboarding or ski. Resort staff were helpful.

Instructor Lemon came to fetch us from hotel to ski area. Ski gear were all provided except socks and face mask. He is patience and explain in details to us about the basics. Also help us take photos and videos. Overall a great and memorable experience although I keep falling 😆

My colleague warned me that you definitely need to hire an instructor for your first time skiing, and I originally thought it was too expensive, but I'm glad I did. Skiing is really not something you can learn just by watching YouTube tutorials. The package I signed up for included all equipment except gloves and a helmet. I recommend renting a helmet, it's only 1500 yen. I think it's really convenient to sign up for this Klook tour. The organizer is a ski equipment rental shop, and they drive you to the ski resort in an SUV and guide you to put on your equipment. The main thing is that the ski instruction is very detailed. The instructor uses multiple languages ​​to explain each movement to you one-on-one and helps you get on track. After practicing in the beginner area, the instructor will assess whether you can ski down from the top. I signed up for the twin-tip ski tour, which has fewer people. There are a lot of snowboarders. The advantage of having fewer people is that the instructor can be there to block you in time in case of danger, and ski down the mountain with you. Although I went on the beginner green line at Sapporo Kokusai Ski Resort, some parts of it were still very steep. If you can't make an S-turn, you'll just go straight down like a roller coaster, which is scary. I skied for 45 minutes while falling and learning. I think the experience is great, and I would highly recommend signing up for this tour, regardless of whether you want to develop skiing as a hobby in the future.

Our instructor Yik was patient and knowledgable! he taught us the basics required to snowboard safely. we even manage to do 2 runs during the course of the lesson. it was a 1-to-4 class setting but he manage to teach all of us different things based on our skills level and learning speed. he even took some photos and videos of us without us asking.

at first it a little bit confusing since not all the staff can speak english. but me and my husband had a very great time doing the private session with SOSO our instructor (yes, her name is SOSO). she teach us patiently, not wasting any single second so we can slide down the easy long slope twice with her (then we do 2more times by our own confidently). 1. Regarding the meeting point: The bus station was under construction in February, which made it difficult to find after exiting JR. Luckily, we left early. Because we didn't have LINE, we couldn't contact anyone and had to wander around to find it. 2. Regarding equipment: Protective gear is available for rent on-site, including helmets, complete ski suits, ski boots, and snowboards. They will also help guide you with the boots. 3. Regarding safety: After arriving, the morning session will be divided into two groups of 16 people with two instructors, and the afternoon session will be one instructor for 8 people. Don't panic if you fall; the more you rush, the harder it is to get up. The instructor will assist you. 4. After all, it's just a trial lesson, so don't expect to learn a lot in one day. Lunch is at your own expense. 5. Summary: The beginner's lesson is a good value for money (there's also a photographer to help take pictures).

The staff are so friendly and you feel like your a VIP, cause they will treat you with extra care and they won't leave you until you go home. Definitely a place to recommend ❤️
