Such a fun trip to Teine! It was a new experience for most of us, and our coach explained everything really well, especially for beginners. The lesson was super helpful, definitely enough to get started and makes me want to try snowboarding again next winter.

Our teacher Arya is very skilled, professional and generally awesome! She was very patient with us and she really taught us how to ski and was very hands on. She helped us get up when we fell down and I was surprised how to strong she was. She took great pics of us as well and we very much enjoyed our skiing day! Thank you so much to all the staff!

I requested a change of date due to my trip schedule change 2 days before the trip. managed to secure a change. good experience. however, the coach has different treatment against me and my friend in the afternoon session due to we picked up a bit slow in the morning. she skipped us for a few techniques and asked us to go down ourselves. luckily we managed to pick up the basic skills after the first slope. overall, the coach should be more patient, and teach all the members regardless the progress.

Hinghly recommended tour if visiting Sapporo. My family and I had a wonderful time, we tried skiing and snow sleding, it was super fun. . View at the mountain cafe was the highlight. Plenty of restos to choose from. Bus was very convenient and on time.

Instructor Lemon came to fetch us from hotel to ski area. Ski gear were all provided except socks and face mask. He is patience and explain in details to us about the basics. Also help us take photos and videos. Overall a great and memorable experience although I keep falling 😆

I booked a ski instructor for my two daughters. Before the lesson, they added me on WhatsApp to arrange the meeting, ask about the students' basic skiing ability, and send the ski instructor's contact information. We booked an English-speaking instructor for 6 hours, from 10 AM to 4 PM (with a 1-hour lunch break). The instructor picked them up at the ski rental shop. My two daughters loved the instructor; she was very kind and took photos and videos throughout the lesson. We got so many videos of the kids skiing. We were very impressed!

Very exciting and fun experience. Our coach is very friendly and supportive! Even took a lot nice pictures and videos for us. The unlimited Gengkis Khan BBQ is a great experience too.

The local travel agency can communicate in Chinese and English via WhatsApp and WeChat. If Klook is out of tickets, you can also inquire with them. The local reception service is good, but they primarily communicate in Japanese with a little English.
