• Please arrive at the meeting point at least 10 minutes before departure. The bus will depart on time, so please be punctual. Our company is not responsible for guests who arrive after the bus has departed, so please take note.
• Guests who choose to disembark and explore at the Mount Moiwa Ropeway need to purchase their own tickets and make their own transportation arrangements after their visit if needed. Please check the official website for the latest information, as the Mount Moiwa Ropeway may be suspended due to various circumstances.
• Please note that we will not be stopping at the Moiwa-yama bus stop from January 3, 2026, to late April 2026. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
• The towel rental service at Jozankei Onsen is a paid service, so it is recommended that you bring your own towel in advance for easier use.
• Guests are responsible for the cost of the hot springs and should prepare enough cash in advance.
• When a large taxi or minibus is running, the sightseeing driver will provide you with an introduction, rather than a tour guide. Please understand.
• Visiting hours for each attraction may be adjusted due to road conditions and other factors.
• Due to some facilities being closed for public holidays or having limited visiting hours, we may arrive at the next attraction earlier or end the tour ahead of schedule. We appreciate your understanding.
• Some itineraries may be canceled or changed due to force majeure factors such as weather. We appreciate your understanding.
• Due to climatic factors, flowers in some facilities may bloom later or wither earlier than expected, and no refunds will be given for such situations. We appreciate your understanding.
• From April 2026, if you wish to visit the Great Buddha Hall for worship, you will need to pay on-site: 1,000 JPY for adults, and free for elementary school students and younger.
• Buses may be delayed due to traffic jams or bad weather. If you need to continue your journey using other transportation, please allow ample time in advance.
• The current page displays the autumn/winter itinerary for reference. The spring/summer itinerary (April 1st to September 30th) sightseeing order and the duration of stay at each attraction may be adjusted; please refer to the actual arrangements.
• Maintenance and cleaning work will be carried out inside the Great Buddha Hall from September 25 to October 20, 2026. During the maintenance period, the head of the Great Buddha may not be clearly visible, and access to some areas may be restricted. Other attractions in the park, such as the Moai statues and Stonehenge, can still be visited as usual. We apologize for any inconvenience.
