The hotel staff all wore badges indicating the languages they spoke, which made communication very easy. The check-in process was smooth and efficient. The breakfast was excellent, with a wide variety of delicious options to choose from. It was definitely one of the highlights of our stay. Overall, we had a wonderful experience and would highly recommend this hotel.

Booking was confusing as I thought there was complimentary hokkaido breakfast included in our booking. I have already booked in another hotel with better location but ads on the breakfast caught me but to my surprise it was not included in my booking. Otherwise great stay and staff service were commendable.

I enjoyed my stay at Vessel Hotel Campana Susukino. The hotel had a cozy atmosphere and a very convenient location close to restaurants, convenience stores, and public transportation. The room was tidy and quiet, making it easy to relax. The breakfast selection was good, and the staff provided excellent service throughout my stay. I would happily stay here again when visiting Sapporo.

I also stayed at Vessel Hotel Campana Susukino. The hotel was modern, clean, and located in a great area near Susukino’s restaurants and shopping spots. The room was comfortable, the staff were friendly, and the public bath was a nice bonus after a long day. Overall, it was a convenient and enjoyable stay in Sapporo.

One of the best hotels our family had booked in Japan. Large room, modern and clean compared to the other hotels. Good location with walking distance JR station and the street cars (Tram) passing the hotel. Very closed to Iconic and shopping street in Sapporo. Availability of room amenities. The staff were very helpfull. Facility was ver good with public and ladies bath. The buffet breakfast was ver good but you need to book in advance or include it in the booking. I highly recommnend this hotel for family.

Lovely hotel with very generous of a breakfast my wife and I enjoyed it every morning. Location is also perfect and there is a carpark available adjacent to the hotel. I will definitely return to this hotel if I visit Sapporo in the future
