Skiing has certain risks, and if injuries occur, we will assist with the handling, but we are not responsible. In the event of a major accident due to natural disasters or other force majeure factors, the lesson will be canceled and a full refund will be provided.

Coach A-Ben is truly professional and patient. Even though we kept falling on the slope after getting off the gondola, the coach patiently guided us all the way down. I really learned a lot in this lesson.
We were thrilled to have JJ as our ski instructor for a three‑hour private family lesson. From the moment we met him, he was attentive and made sure the kids—and the two of us—were well equipped and safe before heading out. During the lesson, JJ was able to give each of us individual attention. As it turned out, my husband and I weren’t as rusty as we thought (even after 10–15 years since we last skied), so we asked JJ to focus more on the kids while we skied alongside them. Toward the end of our lesson, JJ took us all on the ski lift to the top of the mountain, where we enjoyed a wonderful run down together. Thank you, JJ. You were truly the best and made this our most memorable experience.

Teine Ski Resort Olympia, this is my first experience of skiing on both slopes. I met the Chinese coach A Xing, who is very nice and can teach you step by step even in the high-speed downhill section. I think it is worth it.
Skiing for the first time was so fun and memorable thanks to Aria. She is so patient and she always explains the "why" before showing you the "how". We felt incredibly safe as she guided us on the beginner slopes until we were confident enough to ski solo. Beyond her technical skills, she is so friendly that we chatted a lot throughout the journey to share the differences in our culture. Definitely book her if you want a coach who feels like a friend!
We booked a 6-hour private lesson for the whole family, scheduled for Valentine's Day. The weather was great, and the instructor was very punctual. We met at the Olympia Hall at 9:30 AM. We were renting ski equipment at the time, and the instructor helped us complete the rental process. The formal lesson began, and the instructor taught very meticulously, allowing me to quickly grasp the basic techniques and ski on my own, experiencing the joy of skiing. I originally wanted to book a two-board (ski) lesson, but I mistakenly selected a snowboard lesson when I placed the order. We went ahead with the snowboard lesson anyway, and thanks to the instructor's professional teaching, I didn't regret choosing the wrong board.
It was my first time skiing and I was very worried. I had no idea what to do. After I saw this plan on Klook, I booked two days of skiing with Coach Yu Jie. She was very careful and taught us from scratch how to put on shoes, get on the board, ski and turn. She was very patient with no experience and helped us make great progress in the next two days. We can slowly ski and run around the ski resort by ourselves. Overall, it was a great experience!

We really love our instructor, Nian Ting!! It was the kids' first official on-site ski lesson, and our family of four was taught by teacher Nian Ting ~ His gentleness and patience really made us like him a lot, and he actually taught us techniques and how to protect ourselves. We hope we can be taught by him again next time~
