Ride the Tomamu Ski Resort Shuttle Bus for a direct, stress-free transfer from New Chitose Airport or Sapporo. With spacious seating and room for ski gear, it’s the easiest way to reach Tomamu’s slopes and year-round attractions.

- This vehicle is not stroller and wheelchair-accessible
- If a delay or cancellation of a flight makes it impossible for a passenger to board the bus on the scheduled departure date, the bus may be transferred to the next day or later, or another means of transportation may be provided (at the expense of the passenger). In such a case, however, bus company will not be liable for any costs incurred by the customer.
- Food, drinks and smoking are not allowed in the vehicle
- When booking your bus time, please make sure to allow plenty of time for your Airplane-to-Bus or Bus-to-Airplane connection. - When we find out that it is hard to drive you to the airport on time, we might drop you off at the nearest train station or introduce other transport option. Please note that you will be covering the fee.
- In the event of flight delays or cancellations, the bus departure time may be adjusted as an emergency measure

It was a pleasant experience. The pickup location was convenient and easy to find. The driver was polite and carefully helped with our luggage. The tour bus was very comfortable, allowing us to enjoy the scenery along the way. We stopped once at a rest area so we could use the restroom. Upon arrival at our destination, the hotel staff warmly welcomed us. If you're not driving yourself, this bus is definitely the ideal choice for traveling from Sapporo to Tomamu.
The bus is clean and comfortable with convenient boarding and alighting locations. The number of passengers will be confirmed after boarding and at rest stops before departure. We will also assist you in getting on and off the bus and carry your luggage. This is one of the best choices for traveling with children.
Purchasing the Hoshino Resort bus ticket through Klook was incredibly convenient. The staff picked us up directly from the hotel lobby, and the bus took us straight to New Chitose International Airport.
The waiting counter is on the left-hand side as soon as you exit customs, so it's easy to find. Although the shuttle bus frequency is relatively low, we took advantage of the time between exiting customs and boarding the bus to take a quick look around the domestic terminal. Taking the shuttle bus means you don't have to drag your suitcase on the JR train. I will definitely book the shuttle bus in advance next time I go to Hoshino.
Taking a direct bus to Hoshino Resorts is much more convenient than taking the train. If you have enough time, you can also go shopping and eat at the domestic terminal.
Take the bus from New Chitose Airport at 12:15. Boarding point: Walk to the 1st floor, Domestic side. Landmark: Walk towards the entrance to Air Terminal Hotel. The counter is between gates 4 and 5. Check in at the counter. At 12:05, the staff will hold a sign and check the name again. The driver drives well. There was snow falling all the way. The stopovers are only bathrooms and no shops. If anyone is coming to Clubmed, get off at Hoshino Resort Tomamu the Tower. When you get off the bus, look at the bus schedule number 7 (stuck at the entrance to Hoshino Hotel). There will be a time when bus number 7 will arrive. Take the bus to Mina-Mina Beach and drag your luggage for about 2 minutes to Clubmed.
very convenient, door to door service. hence no need to worry about the train timing especially with long wait for the train to Tomamu
On March 24, 2026, I departed from WBF at 7:35 AM for Tomamu. The driver, Mr. Kinoshita, arrived around 7:15 AM. We took a large bus, and from WBF to New Otani, there were a total of seven passengers. It might have been the off-season. The driver drove very smoothly. Overall, if you don't want to drag your luggage around (to get to Tomamu, you can take the JR from Sapporo Station and then a shuttle bus), staying at WBF is very convenient. You can wake up, check out, have breakfast, and then directly board the bus. The only downside is that if you're departing in the morning, you really have to wake up very early.
Great resort, a winter vacation destination in Hokkaido. I want to go again next time. Price: Reasonable
Convenient and fast. You can shop and eat at the domestic terminal before the car arrives.
