Reviews summaryMy boyfriend and I booked this tour and it didn’t disappoint! Our tour guide, Seiko, and driver, Emiko, were amazing! Seiko was very friendly, caring for our comfort, and informative of where we were going, estimated time of arrivals, and made sure we knew where and when to meet at all meeting points. As for the tour stops, they were all so beautiful!!! We got lucky with amazing weather and were able to see Mount Fuji! i highly recommend this tour!! And if you can, recommend to be paired up with Seiko!
Yaso, our tour guide, is incredibly knowledgeable and enthusiastic. He shares interesting insights about the majestic Mount Fuji, the lively Gotemba outlet mall, the relaxing cable car ride at Hakone, the sulfuric smell at Owakudani, and the fresh air at Lake Ashi on the Pirate Ship. He even updates us on Japan's economic challenges and teaches us some basic Japanese phrases that really help when talking to locals. Overall, this trip was an amazing adventure covering land (bus), air (cable car), and sea (pirate ship). The wonderful teamwork of Yaso and the skillful driving of Nishida, known as the “best driver in Tokyo,” truly deserve a 5-star rating. I can't wait for another journey with these two talented professionals! Arigato Gozaimasu!
I know we lucked out with Mt Fuji but that alone was worth the price. Then we got lunch, gondolas, volcanoes and pirate ships! A surreal tour that was made perfect with our guide YASU, he was incredible, personal and answered so many of our Japan questions ❤️
a well managed 1 day tour to mt fuji. Ayumi and emico was amazing. the whether was so clear that we can see mt fuji on 16th feb. the trip includes ski experience, one way cable car, one way cruise and shopping place.
Yui is a great tour guide, very knowledgeable, helpful and conversational. She has can answer almost any question and knows how to find the answer if not. The bus driver Emiko is an awesome driver both in skill and professionalism. On our trip to Mount Fuji we were provided a bento that was as delicious as it was cute. This is an amazing tour that gives you a lot of variety in one trip.
We had super fun with the tour! Yui, our tour guide, was very friendly. She gave us clear instructions on what to do and what time we should be back on the bus so our itinerary was properly followed. Also, we were lucky that we were able to see Mt. Fuji up close while we’re going up the 5th station despite being foggy. There was a moment that the skies became clear and sunny so we were able to snap some photos. We enjoyed also the cable car/ropeway ride and the pirate ship ride. We upgraded to first class tickets by the way when we took the pirate ship cruise and it was fantastic. I just wished that the time for Gotemba outlets was longer as I wanted to buy some more or check out a few more shops but wasn’t able to since not enough time for me. Was only able to buy a bag and a wallet only and my husband had to go on his separate way to shop on his own and was able to buy a jacket only. The bento box provided was acceptable
We had a great time because our tour was very organized, thanks to Kenji and Chi for giving us details and historical facts about the places. We wish there was more time at Owakudani, and that we took the first class at the pirate ship. Nonetheless, the trip was amazing.
Tour guide: Yasu-San. nice elderly man. Speaks English. tour was not too rushed. it was a lucky day according to him as we were able to get clear views of Mt Fuji at all the stops, on the way up and on the way down! Bento was so-so. Would opt out of it but it will mean taking time away from shopping at Gotemba outlet. was not able to take the cable car ride due to strong wind. safety first! Driver was Yamada-San. Stable journey all the way. Thumbs up!
A very nice tour that had a lot of fun things to see! Yoko was our tour guide and she made sure we were well informed and insured everyone got back to the bus at w timely manner. The driver was amazing as well and I always felt safe. We got lucky and it was a very clear day so we got to see Mt. Fuji in full visibility and the weather was perfect. The stops in Hakone, seeing the mall, black egg, and pirate ship were all fun too. I also thought the ropeway car was a fun experience. I highly recommend this tour if you want to enjoy the scenery and some fun adventures!
myself and my sister did the trip to Mt Fuji yesterday, our guide Kenji was so wonderful and considerate despite some on our trip consistently being late despite him insisting they not be. We were lucky as Mt Fuji was visible at the 5th station and we’re very happy at this. The stop at the shopping outlet is dangerous as I spent £179 pounds hehe. The coach and the Driver were also really good too as was the bento box meal which was given to us as part of the trip price. The trip is totally worth the money imo.
