Great experience! Laner Jin was an awesome tour guide, very knowledgable and helpful when we had questions! We got lucky with the weather today and Mt. Fuji showed herself to us a few times! She was playing hide and seek with the clouds but we were able to get a few pics with her. We also were able to pick up some souvenirs and even brought back some water straight from Mt. Fuji! The Gotemba Premium Outlets was a plus and we got to kill two birds with one stone with this day trip! Good stores and really good deals! Would definitely recommend if you want to sightsee and shop!

Wow!! What a wonderful experience. I'm Mexican, I came alone, my English level is less than basic and even so Mila (the guide) was very patient with me and helped me with everything I needed. She was always available on Whatsapp and sent clear and precise instructions. You can definitely tell she loves her job. Thank you for everything, I will recommend the tour and obviously Mila. Regarding whether or not you will see Mount Fuji, the truth is it's a coin toss. I took the tour on February 20th and despite it saying it would be cloudy, it showed itself all morning until 1 pm. Take that into account because seeing Mount Fuji was the only reason I took the tour, if I hadn't seen it I would honestly be angry, not because of the organization, but because of the weather which I can't control hahaha

We had a wonderful day tour with Mr Alex as our guide and driver. The pre-tour instructions were clear and pickup was right on time, which made the start of the day smooth and stress-free. Mr Alex was friendly, professional, and a very safe driver throughout the journey — plus, he’s easy on the eyes too! 😁 Our first stop was Arakura Fuji Sengen Shrine. The climb can be a little challenging at the beginning, but it’s absolutely manageable We were given about an hour to explore, which was sufficient if you pace yourself and come prepared. Next, we headed to Oshino Hakkai. It was a pleasant stop with lovely scenery. Our final stop was Gotemba Premium Outlets. While the 2-hour duration felt a bit short — especially after queuing for food — we only managed to cover part of the outlet. I’d recommend planning your shopping route in advance to make the most of the time. Overall, it was a well-organised and enjoyable tour, made even better by Mr Alex’s warm personality. 👍🏻

the guide Zachary was very helpful and funny. he made an effort to crack jokes which made the trip all the more entertaining. this was an excellent trip and love the restaurant where we had lunch which has been pre-coordinated by Zachary. we saved time with the food ready to be served when we arrived vs ordering for it to be cooker/prepped.

Great views of Mount Fuji and overall a great day out. Host Lily was super friendly and accommodating. She even drove us directly to our hotel upon return. Highly recommend this tour 👍😊

It was an amazing experience to join this one day tour with Leonard as the tour guide. He was such a funny & patient tour guide that leave such a memorable experience. I will always recommend this tour because it was more comfortable than we go by our own. The Unagi Set was really tasteful, you should try it.

Enjoy a relaxing trip with bus transportation, admiring the beautiful scenery of Mount Fuji from fixed locations. The Arakurayama Sengen Park requires climbing stairs (there are also slopes), which is exactly what I wanted – a chance to exercise 😎. Then, go to Oshino Hakkai to see Mount Fuji from a different perspective, and eat strawberry daifuku and grass mochi. Finally, go to Gotemba to buy the things I had planned to buy. It was a very comfortable trip. The bus was clean and new, and the tour guide, Mr. Park, was meticulous and sincere. Thank you for taking good care of every customer, allowing everyone to enjoy a pleasant day trip!

Even without cherry blossoms and autumn leaves, Mount Fuji is still spectacular and beautiful from Asama Park in winter. On the way to lunch, sitting in the first row of the tour bus, Mount Fuji was right in front of us. In the afternoon, we went to Gotemba Outlet, where there were many Burberry Blue Label items available. Winter coats were on sale for less than ¥10,000 after the discount. Our tour guide, Yin Mingri, was experienced, enthusiastic, and highly recommended.

Overall, my Mt. Fuji tour booked through Klook was a great experience. Mt. Fuji did not disappoint at all. We were told that Fuji-san only shows herself clearly around 70+ days a year, so I felt very lucky that on my first visit she appeared almost immediately. Seeing her so clearly in person was truly breathtaking and made the trip very memorable. The bus tour was comfortable and well organized. One small suggestion is regarding the bus type. The travel time can be long, and we were not allowed to make stopovers just to use the restroom. I hope future tours can consider buses with onboard toilets for better comfort. Our tour guide was excellent—helpful, gracious, and professional. Although he seemed a bit stressed due to some guests returning late, he handled everything well and remained accommodating. Overall, this was a wonderful experience and I would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Japan, especially first-time visitors hoping to see Mt. Fuji clearly.

Excellent tour. Good view of Mt. Fuji and Unagi set was delecious. Gotemba outlet should be atleast 3 hours. 2 hours is a bit short
