The room was huge for 3 and there was enough space for everyone. Love the breakfast set. The staff was friendly as well. They gave a free wine bottle they I have to collect at the nearby winery.

made furano my base for various attractions within driving distance and la vista hotel more than meets the mark. we booked the fourth room is cleverly designed with two beds segmented in a separate room giving privacy. the Hotel's amenities are good - there are free parking and staff will ferry you to and back the carparks, and there is free ramen at night. the private onsens are a nice touch and the public bath is good too. good value for money.

Even if you don't ski, you can still enjoy a stay here. Tour buses can take you to the mountaintop to watch others ski. In the evening, there's a fairy terrace perfect for photos and a stroll. The views from the room windows are stunning, and the Japanese set breakfast is also delicious. I highly recommend coming here for a vacation.

Breakfast: Good, wine tasting available, unlimited chocolate. Cleanliness: Good. Transport access: We drove our own rental car, it was easy to find and convenient. Hotel location: Close to the ski resort. Service: The reception staff were excellent.

Hotel look abit old style and room abit dark...breakfast is nice and value for money. Nearby not much shop, need to drive 3-5 mins to find food. My baby below 2yr old been charge for 300 yen accomodations tax which make me confuse as other hotel did not having this rules...there are free gift for those success collect all the stamping which is cute...

The hotel is very comfortable, clean, close to tourist attractions, has a beautiful view, and the staff service is very friendly 👍🏻

We had an awesome time on the Furano Biei tour with Jenny! She was super organized and messaged us the day before with a helpful checklist of what to bring. During the tour, she shared really cool historical facts at every stop without making it boring. Plus, her food recommendations were spot on—she knew exactly what local specialties to try and where to get them for the best price. Highly recommend her!

The trip turned up to be surprisingly enjoyable despite we were too early for lots of flowers . The Blue Pond was spectacular despite the drizzly weather. Trip to Shikisai No Oka was truly eye opening and we truly immersed ourselves under the cool summer day. Farm Tomita never disappoints us with the chance to taste the ice cream and melon with the beautiful flower views. lastly must comment the guide Yan who patiently explained all the places of interest in English, Chinese and Japanese.

Victoria was very professional and kind, carefully introducing and looking after everyone throughout the trip. She even spotted us at Shikisai-no-Oka and specifically suggested we go play with the alpacas. It turns out they are really cute and love to eat. Lunch was also quite good; we even got to have a BBQ buffet. Grilling the BBQ meat with kimchi instantly turned it into Korean-style stir-fry, haha! All the food was fresh and delicious, and the skewers and pumpkin tempura were perfectly to my liking. Regarding the all-you-can-eat melon, it was sweet and tasty, and available right from the start. Of course, I had a piece first to get things started (haha) before heading to the buffet. There was only one downside to the entire trip: sitting next to "Chinese people" on the bus. They were incredibly energetic, like "espresso," keeping you super alert at all times because they talked non-stop and loudly, preventing you from resting, relaxing, or calming down. Even when our guide Victoria was speaking, they had to talk at the same time. Seriously, wherever Chinese people are, bad luck follows! I was the unlucky one! (っ ˃̣̣̥᷄︵˂̣̣̥᷅ )っ⁾⁾
