Hotel is good & staff is helpful. only thing is Klook, DONT BOOK With KLOOK PAY LATER. They will ask for a new payment when it near to the stay, they dont event bother to deduct from earlier promo card payment we lock in & jet up the price last mins. CS were unhelpful & tell us either to we can pay up to continue or we can cancel. we had no choice as it do near to our date & another family also book same hotel but different platform. I believe I'm not the only family experience this. AVOID Klook at all time!!!

Fantastic hotel with great ammenities, and a wonderful Japanese Snow experience for all of us. We will return to Furano as a result.
