Great service and a comfortable stay overall! I would say the price is reasonable for the quality of service and convenience it offers. The location is definitely one of its biggest advantages, especially for travelers who want easy access to public transportation and nearby attractions.
The room was clean and spacious enough for a comfortable stay, and the bed was cozy, making it easy to rest after a long day of exploring. The bathroom was also decent in size compared to other hotels in Japan. The staff were accommodating, and the overall experience was pleasant.
There were plenty of convenience stores, restaurants, and shops nearby, so finding food and essentials was never a problem. The location made it easy to explore the city without having to travel too far.
Overall, I would definitely consider staying here again on my next visit to Japan. It offers good value for money, a convenient location, and a comfortable place to recharge after a busy day of sightseeing.

Superb service and accommodation . I would say, the price is good for the service it has offered. very convenient location. There is a drop point of the airport bus at the back of the hotel, just few walks only. The hotel also has direct exit/entrance to the subway. I did not try the buffet breakfast priced at 2800 yen since there is already a seicomart just at the same building. It also situated at Tanukikoji Street. Its right infront of Donki. Amenity wise, there is a vending machine at basement, basic toiletries ate provided at the lobby. Bathroom is a little bit bigger compare to most hotels in japan. very comfy bed but the pillow kinda hard. Overall i would stay here again once im back in Sapporo.

hotel location: right in front of Mega Don Quijote and yoshinoya.
service: smooth check in and check out, very accomodating staff
breakfast: combination of plated main dish and a buffet of salad, desserts, bread and unlimited coffee/tea... Very delicious

very good location! walkable distance to alot of places and attractions. Just that the lift will always stop at level 2 which is the reception/lobby level. Will come back to stay in this hotel the next time 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

We had a wonderful stay at The Knot Sapporo. The location is excellent — very convenient for shopping, dining, and exploring the city. One of the best features is the underground access leading directly to Don Quijote, which was especially helpful during cold or rainy weather.
The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained throughout our stay. The hotel also offers complimentary drinks every night, which added a relaxing and welcoming touch after a full day of sightseeing and shopping.
Overall, The Knot Sapporo is a great choice for travelers looking for comfort, convenience, and value in the heart of Sapporo.

very good location with access to underground Pole Town and train station; just across Mega Donki; toiletries are provided at the lobby area though no coffee and tea provisions (similar to other hotels); innovative system where “coin tokens” given during check-in can be exchanged for drinks or goodies in the bar; customer service staff cannot speak or understand english fluently particularly when we tried to negotiate when they charged us extra for carpet replacement (accidental spillage of makeup)
