We had a great time on this day tour. Our guide, Viviv, was very helpful and friendly. She gave us great recommendations and tips! We particularly enjoyed our lunch at the place she recommended and there was enough time to go around at each stop. We also appreciate how organized everything was and the reminders that were given ahead of the trip. We would recommend this day trip to those who are looking for a relaxing itinerary around Sapporo's popular spots.
Prompt and on time, from pick up to the places in the IT. Time alloted to each site was adequate. We enjoyed the Shiroi Koibito Chocolate Factory, Hill of the Buddha and the Jozankei Onsen town where we were able to soak our tired feet for free. Though it was raining a bit at some of the places, overall it was a great and enjoyable tour. Special mention to our tour guide Alex who provided us with so much information about the different places we went to. He was also always around when you have questions.
Our family really enjoyed this tour. Vivi was an excellent guide letting us know very clearly all the details of every stop, what to expect and reccomend places to go at each stop. She was friendly, informative and very helpful. The driver for this bus was also very safe and drove very smoothly. He was really helpful in helping load and unload my elderly mothers wheelchair, as she needed to be in and out of it at every stop and we were grateful for the accomadation and helpfulness. All the stops were really fun, we felt like we had just enough time at each spot and it was nice to see all those parts of Sapporo. Thank you EasyGoJapan!
This sightseeing tour was a great way to explore both nature and culture around Sapporo in one well-planned day. The trip started with a relaxing visit to Jozankei Onsen, where the surrounding scenery was calm and refreshing, perfect for a short walk and photos. One of the highlights was the Hill of the Buddha, which was truly impressive and serene. The design and atmosphere made it a memorable and unique stop. We also visited the Sapporo Wholesale Market, where there was plenty of time to look around and enjoy fresh local food. The stop at Hokkaido Jingu offered a peaceful cultural experience, and it was nice to learn more about local traditions. Shiroi Koibito Park was charming and fun, especially for photos and souvenir shopping. The tour ended at the Sapporo Beer Museum, which was interesting and informative, even for non-beer drinkers. Overall, the itinerary was well-balanced, transportation was comfortable, and the guide kept everything organized.
First stop, Jozankei Onsen ♨️, take pictures and stroll through the shopping street. Second stop, the Big Buddha and Moai statues 🗿, take pictures and buy souvenirs. Third stop, the outer market to eat seafood 🐟🦀 and buy fruit 🍓. Fourth stop, Hokkaido Shrine to take pictures and buy amulets. Fifth stop, Shiroi Koibito Park to drink chocolate drinks ☕️🥛. Sixth stop, Sapporo Beer Garden. Too many people for a tasting, so I bought my own 🍺🍺. If you haven't splurged too much earlier, there's a large department store plaza next door for you to explore. It's also easy to take the bus back to the city center 🚌🚌. Our tour leader, Mr. Shao, was clear and humorous in his explanations, and he answered questions very thoroughly. The driver was also very friendly and even showed us how to use a snowball maker. The whole trip was very enjoyable 😊. Highly recommended tour leader and driver 👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼
very prompt pick up at the meeting area. very comfortable bus ride. Tour guide, I think her name was Vivian, and the bus driver was great. so patient and kind. Got to see beautiful sites we wouldn’t have been able to see on our own, because it was very rural. First time using Klook, and I loved it! Very reasonable priced too which is a bonus! Highly recommend!
Today's itinerary felt comfortable and pleasant. It was the hottest day in Hokkaido, but we were dropped off by bus at the nearest parking lot for every location, so we didn't get sunburned or feel hot at all; it was very comfortable. We thoroughly enjoyed our seafood lunch, and the pace of the attractions was excellent. In the afternoon, we even went to a hot spring. Thank you to our tour guide, Xiao Weng, for the incredibly thoughtful service, and to today's driver, Uncle. Our bus number was 9999. We were so satisfied that we immediately booked your company's Lake Toya tour for tomorrow. We hope to see you again tomorrow!
Nice, smooth & convenient way to see a lot of tourist sites without driving or navigating on your own via public transport. Our tour guide Vivi was wonderful! She met us inside the hotel for departure meeting point (with her white tour flag). She spoke well in multiple languages including English. She was very detailed, clear, & knowledgeable throughout the tour. Vivi explained to us about each stop while we are transiting before stop. Clear instructions & time when to meet back up on the bus! Also, Vivi was very helpful with ordering food & buying admission tickets - THANK YOU! Our bus driver provided smooth ride & kindly offer us umbrellas when it rained. Improvement suggestion is more time at some stops (we did not have enough time some places & did see everything). More time prefer: the shrine, seafood market (lunch), beer museum. Less time prefer at Hill of Buddha/statues. Tips for travelers - bring cash, a small towel if you use the free foot baths, bring umbrella for rain.
